The Research On Medical Moral Construction Of The Youthful Medical Personnel From The Township Hospital

Nowadays China is in the stage of new industrialization and rapid urbanization, but the peasantry is always the basic part of the social classes in the social stratum differentiation, so it is an important objective to promote the peasantry's general health of the health system reform. The youthful medical personnel take up a big percentage of the township hospitals, they are the important participants of the health system reform,and they are also the mainstay of the township hospitals in the future, so the quality of their work is directly relevant to the development of the health industry. This thesis is a research on medical moral construction of the youthful medical personnel from the township hospitals from the perspective of the medical ethics which is based in the background of the health system reform.This thesis mainly takes demonstration study method and questionnaire investigation for the 34 township hospitals of XX country of Jiangxi Province in July,2016, and the main group of the investigation is the youthful medical personnel under the age of 30. Total of 400 questionnaires, 379 questionnaires were recovered.The author visited some relative township hospitals and villages from perspectives of hospital configurations, comprehensive quality of patients and the environment of medical moral education, treats the youthful medical personnel as the sample,discussing their medical moral situations from perspectives of medical humanistic spirit,medical value orientations and medical moral thoughts.At last, the author explored preliminary ideals of the system of medical moral construction for youthful medical personnel.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is analyzing the practical condition of the medical moral for youthful medical personnel from the township hospital according to the result of questionnaire survey from XX country of Jiangxi Province. The second part is illustrating the issues of medical moral construction of youthful medical personnel from the township hospital, during to the practical condition villager. The third part is explaining the reasons of above from perspectives of feature,existing state and influenced factors of medical personnel, getting the direct reason that medical moral deficiency of youthful medical personnel cause the medical service of township hospital improving slowly. To sum up, the author explored preliminary ideals of the system of medical moral construction for youthful medical personnel.
