High-level Medical Personnel Training Mode Evolution Of On The Construction Of Medical Disciplines

The traditional training for medical personnel is meeting with challenge from development of modern medicine and social environment. The biomedical pattern is undergoing a transformation towards bio-psycho-medical pattern. Countries around the world have cast enormous concern on building the senior medical personnel training pattern, our National Commission of Education also used to list this pat. our National Commission of Education also used to list this pattern as the priority problem. Disciplinary construction is a problem that can't be avoided by any institute. How to deal with senior medical personnel training pattern and construction of medical discipline, and to achieve mutual promotion? The discussion over these topics will continue among medical institutions. This dissertation at this dissertation attempts to find out a model of senior medical personnel training and its logic element, though reviewing the history of Chinese medical training, analyzing the characteristics of each evolution stage, as well as comparing to the representative foreign education model. We hope that, though this exploration, can we define a relation between this medical personal training model and medical disciplinary construction, also to predict the requests on coping with the new trends, modern medical education in multiversity.
