The Research About A New Medical Model Based On The Moral Practice

Medical model is a concept which is based on the combination of medicine and philosophy.It is a summarize of medicine nature during the process that human fight against disease and understand the life.Medical model determines the basic ideas of lives, health, disease, pathology, prevention, treatment and other issues,which guide the people how to do in the medical practice from the macro.Pay attention to research the problem of medical model plays an important guiding significance both in theory and practice,no matter for clinicians, medical science researchers and educators, or for the organizers and managers of medical and health work.With the progress of human society and the development of science and technology,human has made remarkable achievements in medicine,at the same time medical mode also be updated for several times.This paper thinks of the medical model proactively,trying to add the moral factors into the medical model,and then build the "Bio-Psycho-Social-Ethical Medical Model." There are four chapters in this paper totally:Chapter one:Medical model background study.Firstly, interpretation of the medical model make the connotation of the medical model more clearly. Secondly,combing several kinds of medical model appeared in the medicine history in order to know about their contents and generated medical background.Chapter two:The relevance between medicine and medical model.Firstly,it discusses the inherent logic between ethics and health deeply through explaining why the moral can be existence, analyzing what is moral health and describing the moral behavior’huge role;Secondly, we explore the mechanism of moral and disease, respectively from the two aspects:the relationship between moral and disease,and the moral could play a positive function during disease’prevention and treatment.Chapter three:discuss the neglect of moral in modern medical model.This chapter focuses on the three parts:biological factor as a basis of modern medicine which abandon the moral health, psychological mechanism in disease ignore the wounds of moral and the social attribute in the medical mode replacement its moral attribute.Chapter four:think about the development of the medical model proactively,and put forward the "biological-psychology-social-moral medical model".Firstly, clear and definite the construction principle:the first one is making the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the guiding ideologies;the second one is strengthening the combination of scientific spirit and humanistic attribute in medicine. Secondly, combing the internal logic structure of medical model:present that biological factors is the cornerstone, psychological factors is the key, social factors is the key point,moral factor as the promotion.Finally, put forward the operation mechanism of the medical model:one is to enhance the moral health in medical practices, two is regulate the behavior of individual moral health, three is to optimize the environment of social moral health.
