Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of township health centers’medical staff in Xinjiang and analyze its influencing factors, to understand the psychological needs of the medical staff to improve medical staffs working enthusiasm, better able to provide high-quality medical services for patients, promoting the development of rural medical and health undertakings.Methods:questionnaire survey, statistical description, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, logistic multivariate linear regression, chi-square test. Results:Town hospital medical staff is low overall satisfaction level (3.02), the dimensions of satisfaction in most dissatisfied job training (2.95 points), welfare remuneration (2.94 points) and job promotion (2.67points); age, work experience, professional titles, salaries and benefits, job training, and work to enhance the medical staff is a factor in overall job satisfaction; demographic characteristics closely related to the dimensions of satisfaction; township hospitals to improve overall job satisfaction, pay and benefits, job promotion, job training and the need to improve hospital management is the key factor; eight dimensions of job satisfaction and turnover intention was negatively correlated; qualifications, professional titles, salaries and benefits, job training, job promotion are the main factors turnover intention. Conclusions:Create a good environment for rural health personnel, stable rural health technical personnel.Deepening the reform of health system and personnel system, establish the open and flexible talent flow mechanism, promoting regional talent exchange and cooperation. Through various research and feedback-oriented units to develop workable policies, by perfecting the salary system, raise wages and improve personnel training mechanism, promoted the development of staff training programs and other measures to promote job satisfaction township hospital medical staff.
