Objective: To understand relevant information of cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS);probe into the application effect of continuous nursing intervention in cerebral ischemic stroke patients' rehabilitation nursing through the analysis of the influence of continuous nursing intervention on CIS patients' depression, anxiety, cognitive level during a stroke, daily living ability and athletic ability, and the comparison of patients' rehabilitation in different areas. It provides certain reference to the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods: CIS patients that our hospital received and treated from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the objectives of this study.116 patients were brought into this study through certain screening and randomly divided into two groups. There are 58 cases in the experimental group and 58 cases in the control group.Systematic and continuous nursing intervention measures were added into the experimental group. Before and after the experiment, patients' depression, anxiety, cognitive level during a stroke, daily living ability and athletic ability are scored and evaluated. And then, statistics, analysis and comparison were conducted on these patients.Results:(1)Improvement of patients' psychological condition: after continuous nursing intervention, the depression of patients in the experimental group and control group has been tremendously improved. However, the proportion of patients suffering from depression reduces 31.03% in the experimental group, which is apparently higher than the control group(12.07%)(P<0.05).Meanwhile,among the 116 CIS patients, the proportion of patients with anxiety symptoms reduced 27.59% in the experimental group after the continuous nursing intervention, while the proportion in the control group reduced 24.14%.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of patients' BI index: after the intervention,BI index of the experimental group and control group was(93.23±18.22)and(80.56±25.66),respectively,and the rate of increase is(34.94±26.11)and(18.23±28.01),respectively.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Cognitive level: after the continuous nursing intervention, patients' understanding of the dangerous factors and cognition of the premonitory symptoms of cerebral ischemic stroke have improved. However, the improvement in the experimental group is obviously more significant than the control group. There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Athletic ability: patients' athletic ability in the experimental group and control group has improved significantly after the intervention(P<0.05).Furthermore,the improvement in the experimental group was apparently higher than the control group(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of different areas of patients' rehabilitation in the experimental group: considering the different areas of patients' subsequent rehabilitation, the results of the various indexes were compared among different areas. After continuous nursing intervention, the alleviation of patients' depression, anxiety, and the improvement of patients' athletic ability in the rural areas are significantly better than patients in urban areas and rural-urban integrated areas(P<0.05).As to the increasing rate in BI index, patients in rural areas and urban areas maintain basically the same, and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).As a whole, after the treatment and continuous nursing intervention, patients in rural areas manifest better improvement in psychology and body movement than patients in urban areas and rural-urban integrated areas.Conclusions:(1)Continuous nursing intervention manifests significant effect in reducing cerebral ischemic stroke patients' depression and anxiety index, enhancing patients' living quality, athletic ability and cognitive level during a stroke.(2)After continuous nursing intervention, patients in rural areas manifest apparently better improvement in depression, anxiety and athletic ability than patients in urban areas and rural-urban integrated areas, and the overall effect of rehabilitation is quite satisfying.
