ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to discuss on the application of clinical nursingpathway in rehabilitation nursing of ischemic stroke,to specific the rehabilitationnursing method of ischemic stroke,to form the standard rehabilitation nursingprocess; In order to improve nursing quality and promote the rehabilitation ofpatients, we use the correct rehabilitation nursing method, and guide the limbfunction training and daily living capability training.MethodThis study was carried out in two phases. In the first phase: By using themethod of documentary evidence, case review and expert consultation, the papersand clinical implementation process of cerebral ischemic stroke were designed. Inthe second phase:200patients were selected by convenience sampling, and theywere all conformed to the choose Standards and agreed to take part in the study. The patients hospitalized from January to June of2012were studied as controlgroup. The patients hospitalized from July to December were experimental group. The members of two groups had no statistical difference in gender, age, culturedegree and other aspects (P>0.05).The patients were nursed according to theholistic nursing mode of responsibility in the control group; the others were nursedby the mode of clinical nursing pathway. In order to assess the effects of clinicalnursing pathway, the NIHSS score, the Fugl-Meyer score, the Barthel Indexscore, the average hospitalization days, the average hospitalization expenses, thepatients’ satisfaction on the nursing care and health education were selected as theevaluation indexes. Result1. The papers and implementation process of clinical nursing pathway weredesigned smoothly. The papers of clinical nursing pathway included the nursingversion, the patient version and the variation record. The nursing version of theclinical nursing pathway was designed according to “task-time”,each form listedall nursing measurers in the strict time; the patient version of clinical nursingpathway was used to inform patients what they would receive in hospital; Thevariant record included the patients’ name, hospital number, the reason andprocess of variation.2. The difference between the two groups were significant in the NationalInstitute of Health Stroke Score, the Fugl-Meyer score and Bathel Index score(P<0.05);The average hospitalization days and average hospitalization cost ofclinical nursing pathway were less than the control group, but the differencebetween the two groups has no statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion1. The clinical nursing pathway of ischemic stroke was designed.2. The implementation of clinical nursing pathway, improved patients’satisfaction to nursing and health education.3. The implementation of clinical nursing pathway, promoted the patient srehabilitation, improved patient self-care ability of daily life.4.
