Objective:This study was based on the University of Tsukuba's School of human comprehensive science with systematic rehabilitation nursing program[1],by the randomized controlled trials, evaluated the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention program on hand micro vibration and movement training based on stroke patients with hemiplegia,to provide clinical symptoms in patients with hemiplegia sequelae of stroke for the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention program.Methods:110 cases who in Urumqi City old-age welfare institute and Urumqi city "one family" elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia on2016 July to Septemper were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in the control group,55 cases in the rehabilitation group. The Berg balance scale was used to assess balance function of patients;the timed up and go test(timed get up and go test,TUGT)were assessed the ability to move;universal protractor was used to measure patients lateral joint activity; The Fugl-Meyer motor function was used to assess limb motor function;the functional independence measure(FIM)scale of activities were evaluated the ability of daily living;WHO(WHOQOL-BREF)was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients';with observation of patients' satisfaction in intervention and rehabilitation personnel(%):very satisfied and basically satisfied,in general, not satisfied. The control group used routine nursing, rehabilitation group used comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention program on the basis of the control group, including relaxation training, hand micro vibration, sports training, education and support for Uygur medicine. The intervention before,8 weeks of intervention and intervention for 12 weeks in patients with balance function, mobility, joint activity, motor function and ability of daily life and quality of life scores and intervention training and rehabilitation personnel satisfaction(%)were evaluated.Results:1 there was no significant difference in balance function of two groups before the intervention(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks in the control group intervention,,there was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks.2 there was no significant difference between the two groups in mobile ability before the intervention(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks in the control group intervention,,there was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks.3.there was no significant difference(P<0.05)in motor function(Fugl-Meyer score)of two groups before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks in the control group intervention,,there was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks.4.there was no significant difference(P<0.05)in ADL(FIM score),self-care ability, sphincter control, transfer, walking and solving the problemof two groups before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks in the control group intervention, there was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks.5.there was no significant difference(P<0.05)in QOL,physical and psychological domain before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks in the control group intervention,,there was significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups among before intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks.6.at the end of the intervention of the two groups, there was significant difference between the two group in intervention program and the satisfaction degree(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with hemiplegia sequelae of stroke by comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention program can promote the sequelae of stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation. Is embodied in the following aspects:the promotion of range of motion, balance function, motor function and ability of daily life and the quality of life on stroke patients with hemiplegia, and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention and rehabilitation nursing staff satisfaction is very high,it is worth clinical application.
