Objective:This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of Integrati-ve rehabilitation nursing interventions for the stroke QDBS patients, and to evaluate its impact on the stroke QDBS patients quality of life and daily living skillsMethods:66cases of stroke patients, in accordance with the sequence of admission randomly assigned to the control group (n=34) and the experimental group (n=32). control group received conventional neurology nursing; The experimental group received. integrative rehabilitation nursing. The intervention time was six weeks, before intervention and after intervention using modified Barthel index and stroke impact scale (SIS3.0) evaluation. The data was input SPSS17.0software to analyze.Results:1. After the intervention, the scores of the control group and the experimental group in memory and thinki ng,and. communication two dimension of SIS had no statistical significance (p>0.05). Proinpi integrative rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients with memory and thinking,the exchange two dimensions is not yet apparent effect.2. Experimental group and control group could improve the qi and blood stasis syndrome stroke patients quality of life,activitics of daily living (P<0.01). But compared with the control group, to improve strength,emotion, ADL,mobility, function of hands,participation, over-all QOL and activities of daily living (modified Barthel).the role of experimental group is more significant.After the intervention,control group and experimental group in strength,emotion,ADL,mobility,fun-ction of hands5dimensions,overall quality of life and the scores of modified Barthel had statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusions:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing is superior to the traditional care, and can effectively improve the daily life ability and the quality of life of the qi and blood stasis syndrome patients of stroke.
