The Clinical Efficacy Of Mongolian Thirteen Safflower Mijue Pill Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To observe the efficacy of the treatment in Mogolian Thirteen Safflower Mijue Pill of Allergic Rhinitis according to the rhinitis symptom score and the degree of change in blood IgE values before and after treatment.Methods Will 62 cases of patients in the course of the disease for more than 1 year of allergic rhinitis patients,press into the set of time sequence,according to the random number table randomly divided into medicine group(treatment group)and traditional Chinese medicine group(control group),Mongolian group 32 cases,Chinese medicine group(30 cases).Mongolian medicine group was treated with thirteen kinds of safflower secret pill,2 times a day,a 7-13 grain,Chinese medicine group were treated with oral Qianbai Biyan tablets,3 times a day,a 3 to 4 tablets,Mongolian medicine control group and Chinese medicine group are taking 4 weeks.Establish the patient information questionnaire and the symptom integral table,record the patient before treatment and after taking medicine for a week after the symptom integral,record the patient before and after the treatment of blood IgE value.Input the original data into Excel and arrange all the data.Using SPSS13.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis,evaluation of curative effect.Results The symptom score,two groups of patients after treatment of symptom score before treatment symptom score decreased significantly,there was significant difference(P<0.01),shows two kinds of drugs can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis;comparison between groups,Mongolian patients at first weeks after medication,and before treatment the difference of symptom score was significantly greater than the traditional Chinese medicine group,have statistically significant difference(P<0.01),no statistically significant differences between the second and third weeks in two groups of patients with symptom score difference(P>0.05),fourth weeks of Mongolian medicine groups symptom scores the difference compared with Chinese medicine group with significant difference(P<0.05)in the blood;IgE,two groups of patients after treatment IgE values compared with those before treatment,there is a certain degree of decline,there is a very significant difference(P<0.01),shows two kinds of drugs can effectively reduce the value of IgE in the blood of Mongolian medicine group before and after treatment;IgE difference between blood IgE and traditional Chinese medicine group difference was compared,there was no difference(P>0.01),which showed that the two kinds of drugs in reducing blood IgE value no difference.Conclusions Two kinds of drugs are able to effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients with allergic rhinitis,but thirteen kinds of safflower secret pill can better improvement in patients with allergic rhinitis symptoms;in terms of the effect of allergic rhinitis in patients with blood IgE values,two drugs have the curative effect,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Mongolian medicine shisanwei safflower secret pill can not only improve the typical symptoms of allergic rhinitis,can also reduce the serum total IgE levels,so as to achieve the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and it can be widely used in clinic.
