Pill Of Min Bi In Treating Allergic Rhinitis's Clinical Research

Purpose: To observe the effects of Pill of Min Bi in treating perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods: 60 perennial allergic rhinitis patients were selected,and divided them into treatment group(30 cases, take Pill of Min Bi orally) and controlled group(30 cases,take Tablet of Cetirizine Hydrochloride orally).Result: after the treatment of 14 days,The total effective rate is 86.7% in treatment group, and that is 90% in controlled groups. After Ridit analysis, u=0.055, P> 0.05,There is no significance between them by statistics evaluation. After 3 months make a follow-up visit,The total effective rate is 83.3% in treatment group,and that is 50% in controlled groups,after Ridit analysis, u=2.387, P< 0.05.There is significance between them by statistics evaluation.Conclusion: Asthenic cold of the lung qi and the weakness of defending force are the main pathogeny of perennial allergic rhinitis. The main principal treatment is to supplement qi to consolidate the superficial resistance,wipe off the chill and expel wind. Pill of MinBi is the ideal medicine for perennial allergic rhinitis. No side effects were found during the study. The forward curative effect quite is good, the effect is stable.
