Objective:To investigate the expression level of ICAM-1,VCAM-1,NF-kB p65and TLR4 in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis rats treated by Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill.To study mechanism ofMongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill on allergic rhinitis?AR?from the perspective of molecular immunlogy.We hope to provide an objective scientific basis for the treatment ofallergic rhinitis by Mongolian medicine.Methods:Total 72 healthy adult wistar rats average weight of 200±20g were randomly devided into 6 groups,5 group rats were chosed randomly and established into allergic rhinitis model by intraperitoneal injecting Ovalbumin?OVA?and AL?OH?3 hydroxide mixture as basic sensization and 5%ova atomization was instilled into nasal cavity as strenthen inspiration.AR model rats that established successfully were treated respectively by Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill with high-dose,medium-dose,low-dose and biyankang,the blank group and model group were given normal saline.Sacrificed rats after 49 days and got nasal mocusa,the expression in different groups of ICAM-1,VCAM-1,TLR4,NF-kBp65 in nasal mocusal of rats was detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results:1.AR rats model were established successfully byOVAintraperitonealimmunization,thedifferencewasstatistically significant?P<0.01?.2.Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill has curative effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Compared with the model group,The behavioral score of Mongolian13-Safflower Mijue Pill of high-dose group,medium-dose group,low-dose group and biyankang group after treated of 42 days were lower than the model group.The difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.The expression of ICAM-1,VCAM-1,NF-kB p65 and TLR4 were suppressed by both Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill and biyankang compared with the model group.The difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?,the Mongolian13-SafflowerMijuePillofmedium-doeswasspecialsignificantly difference.?p<0.01?.Conclusions:The Mongolian 13-Safflower Mijue Pill is effective on the treatment of allergic rhinitis and can decrease the expression of ICAM-1,VCAM-1,NF-kB p65 and TLR4 in nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis rats. |
