Analysis On The Impact Of Environmental Quality And Public Service On The Health Of Chinese Residents

In recent years,China's large-scale haze events occur frequently,which has brought great negative impact on the health of residents.The study of the impact of environmental pollution on the health of residents in China,and the search for more ways to improve the health of our residents has become a hot topic for many scholars and policy makers.This paper starts from the theory of healthy human capital and the theory of health demand,discusses the influencing factors of health,and discusses the mechanism of environmental pollution and the impact of public service on health.Among them,environmental pollution by accelerating the depreciation of health capital to bring adverse effects to people's health,education,public services,public health services and other factors through a variety of ways to actively act on the health of residents.In order to study the influence of environmental pollution and public service on the health status of our residents,based on the Grossman health demand function,according to the existing research and the reality of our country,this paper establishes the macro health function and uses 30 provinces and cities in China Year panel data,which is divided into three regions: East,China and West for empirical research.According to the results of empirical tests,the most serious areas of environmental pollution in China are the central region,followed by the western and eastern regions.Environmental pollution has a significant negative impact on the health status of the residents in the eastern and central regions.This is not the case in the western region Significantly.Public services,in the eastern region,to improve the per capita years of education and increase the number of ordinary college students,especially to improve the per capita education period,the health of the region have a positive and positive impact,increase the number of doctors invested can improve the health status of residents;In the central region,the increase in college students is more important than the students,environmental pollution control can also have a positive effect on health;in the western region,although the impact of environmental pollution on health is not obvious,but the mortality rate in the region,By improving the per capita education period and increasing the supply of beds,can significantly improve the regional health status,in addition,investment in environmental pollution control also helps to improve the health of the region.It should be noted that the improvement of ordinary college students than the need for real conditions as a condition.Among other factors,the current stage,in addition to Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Jiangsu,the other 26 provinces and cities per capita GDP growth and negative correlation between residents' health,which reflects the corresponding provinces and cities in the development of public services In addition,the improvement of population density is beneficial to the health of regional residents,and the improvement of urbanization level has a negative correlation with residents' health.Accordingly,local governments in different regions of China can improve the health status of their residents by focusing on different types of public services according to the actual situation.
