Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of job burnout of basic public health service workers in Chongqing,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for reducing their job burnout.Methods This research is a cross-sectional survey,using convenience sampling method.From June 2020 to August 2020,the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of the surveyed districts and counties sent a link to the electronic questionnaire to the basic public health service groups of the districts and counties.731 basic public health service practitioners participated in the online survey.The effective questionnaire was 725 Copies.The Markov Job Burnout Scale-Human Service Version(MBI-HHS),translated and revised by Li Chaoping,is mainly used.This scale contains three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and personal accomplishment.The scores of each dimension are sorted in order of high and low.One-third of the values are used as the critical value of the degree of each dimension.If the score of each of the three dimensions is lower than the critical value,it is no burnout;only the score of one dimension is higher than the critical value,which is mild Burnout;scores on any two dimensions are higher than the critical value,which is moderate burnout;scores on all three dimensions are higher than the critical value,which is severe burnout;if the score of at least one of the three dimensions is higher than the critical value,then It is believed that this subject has experienced job burnout.Then,according to the research goals,I designed the questionnaire by myself,which mainly included the specific work situation,job satisfaction,work pressure,external environment,turnover intention scale,sociological and demographic characteristics and other parts.Use Cronbach’s coefficient to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;analyze the data using frequency,percentage,mean,standard deviation,t test or one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA),Mann-Whitney U test or Kruskal-Wallis H test,Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis.Results The gender is mainly female,with a total of 465 people(64.14%);the age composition is mostly young and middle-aged,with an average age of 36.39 ± 9.53;the main work location is primary medical institutions,including community health service centers/stations and township health centers /A total of 675 people(93.10%)in the clinic;a total of 574(79.17%)with a college education and a bachelor’s degree;the average working life is 13.76±9.89 years;the form of employment is mainly based on the staff,a total of 402(55.45%));The position is mainly medical treatment,with a total of 215(29.66%);the position is mainly general staff,with a total of 572(78.90%);the title is mainly junior/assistant,with a total of 351(48.41%);monthly income is based on Mainly from 3001 to 6000 yuan,a total of 414 people(57.10%).The overall job burnout rate of employees is 63.17%,of which 267(36.83%)are without burnout,260(35.86%)are with mild burnout,170(23.45%)are with moderate burnout,and 45(3.86)are with severe burnout.%).33.37% of employees experienced emotional exhaustion;29.69% of employees experienced depersonalization;32.28% of employees experienced low personal achievement.The influencing factors of high emotional exhaustion are work location,employment pattern,position,monthly income(after tax),daily working hours,work pressure,source of work pressure,resignation ideas and career re-choice,among which work is in a township hospital/health room of employees are less likely to have a high degree of emotional exhaustion,with an OR value of 0.393(95%CI:0.234~0.662);non-edited and other forms of employment are less likely to have a high degree of emotional exhaustion,with an OR value of 0.565(95%CI: 0.319~1.000)and 0.284(95%CI:0.088~0.914);the possibility of high emotional exhaustion in nursing jobs is low,with an OR value of 0.460(95%CI:0.220~0.964);monthly income is 6001-9000 yuan are less likely to have high emotional exhaustion,with an OR value of 0.342(95%CI:0.122~0.960);employees working for 8-10 hours and more than 12 hours are likely to have high emotional exhaustion The OR values are 1.937(95%CI:1.141~3.290)and 10.227(95%CI:2.944~35.526).The work pressure is stressful and the general employees are more likely to have a high degree of emotional exhaustion.OR Values are 0.329(95%CI:0.179~0.604)and 0.358(95%CI:0.173~0.743);employees whose work stress source is leadership are more likely to have high emotional exhaustion,and the OR value is 2.327(95%CI:1.178~4.596);employees whose resignation ideas are sometimes,occasionally,and never have high emotional exhaustion.The OR value is 0.355(95%CI:0.147~0.858),0.181(95%CI: 0.067~ 0.487)and 0.063(95%CI:0.019~0.211).The influencing factors of a high degree of depersonalization are education level,job title,daily working hours(hours),resignation thoughts and work pressure.Among them,employees with a master’s degree and above are more likely to be highly depersonalized,with an OR value of 6.656(95%CI:1.391~31.855);employees with sub-high and above are more likely to be highly depersonalized,with an OR value It is2.895(95%CI:1.103~7.600);employees who work for 8-10 hours and more than 12 hours are more likely to be highly depersonalized,with an OR value of 1.767(95%CI:1.099~2.843)and 2.761(95%CI:1.018~7.493);employees whose resignation ideas are sometimes,occasionally,and never have a lower probability of high emotional exhaustion,with an OR value of 0.323(95%CI:0.152~0.683,0.201(95%CI :0.086~0.469)and 0.237(95%CI: 0.089~0.629);the possibility of highly depersonalized employees is low,and the OR value is 0.572(95%CI: 0.336~0.974).The influencing factors of low personal accomplishment are work location,working years and occupation re-selection.Among them,employees whose work place is in township health center/health room are less likely to have low personal accomplishment,and the OR value is0.530(95%CI: 0.348~0.807);employees who have worked for more than15 years are more likely to have a low sense of personal accomplishment,with an OR value of 2.840(95%CI:1.149~7.016);employees who will not choose this occupation A low degree of personal accomplishment is more likely,with an OR value of 0.581,(95%CI: 0.371~0.908).Conclusion 63.17% of employees experienced job burnout.Working in a township health center/health room,non-woven and other forms of employment,nursing position,monthly income of 6001 to 9,000 yuan,working hours of 8 to 10 hours and more than 12 hours,work pressure is stressful and general,and the source of work pressure The thoughts of leadership and resignation are sometimes,occasionally and never are the influencing factors of high emotional exhaustion;master degree and above,associate high and above,working hours 8-10 hours and 12 hours or more,resignation thoughts are sometimes,occasionally and never 、Working pressure is a high degree of depersonalization.Working in a township hospital/health room,working for more than 15 years,and not choosing this occupation are the influencing factors of personal accomplishment.Take measures against the above factors to reduce their job burnout.
