Research On Public Health Service In C County Of H Province From The Perspective Of New Public Service Theory

At the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is clearly required to ensure the overall improvement of residents' health level.Public health is the cause of benefiting the people.The quality of public health services in rural areas directly affects the health of villagers,and then affects the development of agriculture and rural areas.The state has entered a new construction period,and has put forward new construction standards for rural public health services.Therefore,it is urgent and epochal to study rural public health services in depth.Based on the related concepts of rural public health services,this study elaborates the components of rural public health services in China at this stage.From the perspective of the new public service theory,taking the public health service in C County of H Province as an example,this paper makes a thorough study and Analysis on the current situation of rural public health service in China by using the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and interview.Firstly,this paper summarizes the achievements in the construction of rural public health services,such as the improvement of basic conditions of public health services,the diversification of service modes,etc.It introduces the basic status quo of C County in H province in terms of personnel,infrastructure,management system and mechanism,and the operation and management of three-level health service institutions in villages,towns and counties.On this basis,it analyses and points out the current situation of C County in H province.There are still some problems in county public health service,such as the low participation of villagers in public health service,the low level of health service supply,the inability of the government to supervise health centers and other institutions,and the low enthusiasm of the staff working in village health institutions.The main reasons for these problems are analyzed,including the lack of attention paid by the government to villagers' civil rights.Sufficiency,lack of government service function,imperfect management system of rural public health service,insufficient attention paid by the government to the personal value and interests of health workers concerned,etc.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from several aspects,such as: cultivating farmers' awareness of citizenship,strengthening the construction of government public service function,and defining the responsibilities of the government and staff.With the authority,improve the government's "people-oriented" ruling concept.Rural public health service plays an important role in improving rural residents' health awareness and health level.Whether the public health service in rural areas can be carried out smoothly is first related to whether the vital interests of the broad masses of the people can be guaranteed,and then affects the sustainable and healthy development of the national economy.
