In today's society,work stress has become the focus of the society,high working pressure not only cause physical harm to employees,but also prone to job burnout,emotional exhaustion,showed no working achievement,work indifferention.This not only has a serious impact on the individual's career.The nurse not only bear the heavy work load,but also a "health related,life entrusted the sense of responsibility".Job performance is the role and responsibility of the nurses in the effective completion of the patient care.Long term excessive work stress is considered to be the cause of a decline in job performance,including a lot of occupations,including care.Job stress is defined as the ability of nurses to work,and the resources needed to produce harmful physical and emotional responses when they are unable to meet the requirements of the job.Nursing work belongs to high risk and high pressure profession,which will affect the health,mental health and job performance of nurses.In order to explore the relationship between job performance and job pressure,this study used descriptive and correlational,this study adopts questionnaire survey method,190 nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University medical school's work stress and work performance were studied.The main source of the work stress of hospital nurses is divided into 5 aspects: nursing profession,time distribution,working environment,nursing patients,interpersonal relationship.By means of correlation,regression,and structural equation model,the relationship between job stress and job performance of hospital nurses was studied.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Job stress has a significant negative impact on job performance.(2)Job stress has a significant negative effect on job performance.(3)Working pressure has a significant negative impact on the relationship performance.(4)The five dimensions of job stress: professional,time,environment,patient and interpersonal have a significant negative impact on job performance.(5)The five dimensions of job stress: professional,time,environment,patient and interpersonal have a significant negative impact on job performance.(6)The five dimensions of job stress: professional,time,environment,patient and interpersonal relationships have a significant negative impact on relationship performance.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions from five aspects of working pressure to reduce the work pressure of nurses in two hospitals,and to improve their working performance.Such as improving nurse professional service level,reasonable allocation of workload,the establishment of a more humane work time arrangement system,improve the work environment and resources to support the work of nurses,establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system,improve the hospital culture construction,foster a harmonious interpersonal relationship.
