the hospital culture is the core competitiveness of the hospital's construction and development,hospital cultural m anagement is the highest level of modern hospital management system,and it can improve medical service quality,ensure the efficient unity of the public welfare orientation a nd management efficiency,fully arouse the enthusiasm of the m edical staff.Maintaining the people' s health depends on the implementation of the h ospital cultural management.The CPC central Comm ittee and the State Council put forward the m edium and long-term st rategic planning of construction of Healthy China for the fi rst time since the founding of new China,requiring to carry the new strategy of improvement of people' s health and full implementation of “All people+ w hole life cycle”.Based on the strategy of Healthy China,under the perspective of promoting m edical service quality and optimizing service m ode,the author put forward the p oint of view as f ollows: hospitals should strengthen the hospital's cultural management and put it into ev ery aspect of hospital management,and enhance the hospital's connotative management,and innovate service mode,and improve the core competitiveness,and adhere to the service tenet.Hospital's cultural management can help to reb uild professional spirit and social values of medical workers,to create a good atmosphere of medical ethics,to arouse the medical staff's work enthusia sm and to fully im prove the quality of medical service,which plays a positive role in promoting China's strategic target.However,Healthy China Strategy is a n ew strategy which was put forward by the CPC Central Committee in order to adapt to the current situation of national health,and there isn't a set of mature and effective method of hospital cultural management with Chinese characteristics for reference,so hospital cultural construction and the management needs a long-term exploration and development?The improvement of hospital cultural construction and management is a deep and lasting process.From the perspec tive of cultural construction and m anagement,the thesis made a deep resear ch on the rela ted theories of enterprise culture,hospital culture and cultural management,and fully expounded the impact of Healthy China Strategy and the new medical reform policy on hospital management.The thesis also stated the significance of strengthening the construction of hospital cultural management.By the m ethods of literature,qu estionnaire investigation,case an alysis and comparative study,etc,and by integrating th eory with practice,the thesis analyzed achievements and prob lems in cultur al construction management of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities according to it's current situation of construction management.Through analyzing,integrating and innovating the present cultural situation of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities,the thesis put forward the new plan to seek new the m ethod for construction of m odern hospital cultural management system so as to form good cultural atmosphere in the hospital in the following 5 aspects: building the concept of humanistic management,CI strategy,building learning culture,construction of the leading cultural,promotion of service culture.The thesis is divided into six chapte rs.Chapter 1 introduced the background,significance,purpose and m ethod of the res earch,and the research status at hom e and abroad,etc.Chapter 2 d iscussed the importance of strengt hening the hospital cultural management through interpreting Healthy China Strategy and analyzing the opportunities and challenges faced by the hos pital cultural management from the perspectives of Healthy China Strategy.Chapter 3 introduced the related theories of culture,corporate cu lture,hospital culture and culture m anagement.Chapter 4 analyzed the current situation and the problems of the cultural m anagement of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from the point of core culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and material culture.Chapter 5 aimed to supply the new thinking f or cultural management system construction of Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities through building the concept of hum anistic management,CI strategy,building learning culture,construction of the leading cultural and promotion of service culture.Chapter 6 is the summary of the thesis.
