Study On The State Of Minds Concerning Health Workers Work In A Medical University Affiliated Hospital In Chongqing Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Objective: To understand the real situation of the state of mindsconcerning health workers who work in a medical university affiliatedhospital in Chongqing under the background of new medical reform; and toprovide a scientific basis for improving the public hospital workers’ideological situation as well as giving some reasonable advices based onanalyzing the existing problems and reasons.Methods: This research contains8main respects include65questionsrespectively are basic information, physical and mental health,occupational environment, work ethics, doctor-patient relationship, rightsprotection and awareness level of medical reform. A totalof983questionnaires were sent,910questionnaires were retrieved and therecovery rate is92.6%. Epidata was used to establish a database while SASfor data analyze.Results: Health workers have advanced degree, young and vigorous, little work experience, heavy workload, Physical and mental exhaustion, low pay,lack sense of fairness, unsatisfied working states; Most think they have agood work ethic, cherish and threw himself into his job; low social status,oppose children engaged in medical profession, unsatisfied withdoctor-patient relationship, pessimism on changing the relationship, somehealth works don’t care about medical reform, Most want to pay moreattention to improve the relevant laws and regulations in the new healthcare reform, Realization the benefit balance between the doctor-patient(patient care).Conclusion: Health workers think themselves Passionate In their Job, workhard, dedication, and Satisfy with the overall image of their own. But thelack of positive feedback from the community, so they have a strong regretafter engaged in this profession. To reveal and analyze the workenvironment and condition of a medical university affiliated hospital inChongqing for health workers, concerning their physical and mental health,Maintain their dignity and legitimate interests, so that they better play therole of services for patients.
