The Study Of Collectivization Development Strategy Of The Affiliated Hospital Of Qingdao University Medical College

With the deepening of institutional reforms of medical system and the intensifying of market competition, more and more hospitals turned to collectivization development in order to utilize the existing medical resources more efficiently. Meanwhile, some other hospitals incorporated into enterprises with the assistance and participation of government and health administrative departments. From the beginning of the process in 1996, the hospital collectivization development did not go off smoothly. Deficiency of experience, obsolete of concepts and constraints of system made the process of developments difficult. However, incorporating into enterprises is one of the means for hospitals to become stronger. Up to now, many hospitals have accumulated much precious experience in collectivization development through a decade of practical exploration. More and more successful cases like Shanghai Ruijin hospital have emerged. The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College is one of the hospitals who are implementing active strategy of collectivization. Though commencing late, decision makers of the hospital lead the whole hospital forward step by step actively and steadily according to current circumferences.The author has been devoted to observing and contemplating the application of collectivization development by The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College. Through frequent exchange of views and information with the administrative staff, and the visit to Qingdao west coast medical center, Haiyang hospital, Juxian hospital, etc as well as the research on the collectivization development theories, the author completed this assay.
