Objective: Through comprehensive analysis of Xinjiang Production and Construction Groups(Groups)data from 2005 to 2015 iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)surveillance,to dynamically evaluate odized salt popularity,iodine nutritional status and the difference of IDD prevention effect in each divisions,to optimizing control strategies,offering scientific basis for formulating measures of controlling and preventing IDD and making adjustment of intervention strategies.Methods: According to the corps IDD prevention and treatment of the 12 th five-year plan,Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method is used to select 62 sampling unit in 2015,PPS sampling method is used to select 30 sampling unit in 2005,2011 and 2014.For 8 to 10 years old children,measure the urine iodine,vestigate the status of goiter and detect the content of iodised-salt in there families,and measure the According to “the national iodized salt test plan(try out)”requirements,collect iodized salt detecting data from 2007 to 2015.Iodized salt and iodine nutritional status analysis using Pearson chi-square test and nonparametric test.Comprehensive evaluation and analysis were carried out on data of IDD surveillance use TOPSIS method and step correlation method.Results:(1)A total of 37397 samples of iodized salt were tested from 2007 to 2015,including 36189 samples of qualified iodized salt,648 samples of unqualified iodized salt and 560 samples of non iodized salt.The covering rate of iodized salt,the qualification rate of the iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized-salt were 98.50%,98.14% and 96.77% respectively,meet the national level standard of IDD-elimination.Nine monitoring of the iodized-salt covering rate were all more than 95%,the difference was statistical different(?2=501.173,P<0.001);The qualification rate of the iodized-salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized-salt remained above 90%,the difference was statistical different(?2 = 778.261,P < 0.001;?2 = 609.705,P < 0.001).The median of iodized salt stability in 28.05-28.34 mg/kg from 2013 to 2015,lower than that stability in 30.00-32.60 mg/kg from 2007 to 2012,the difference was statistical different(?2= 4924.005,P < 0.001).There are non iodized salt and unqualified iodized salt were detected of 9 years,unqualified iodized salt in low-value iodized salt.(2)The total goiter rate of the children between 8 to 10 in 2015(1.02%)less than 2011(3.44%),the difference was statistical different(?2= 27.39,P<0.001);The median of urine iodine of the children in 2015(217.88?g/L)less than 2011(235.32?g/L),the difference was statistical different(Z=-3.39,P<0.001),the ration of the children's urine iodine more than 300?g/L in 2015(26.53%)less than 2011(31.77%),and those less than 100?g/Land 50?g/L in 2015(12.23%,3.10%)greater than 2011(8.12%,1.47%),the difference was not statistically significant(?2= 6.98,P=0.14);The median of urine iodine of the pregnant women in 2015(157.50?g/L)less than 2011(183.01?g/L),the difference was statistical different(Z=-3.64,P<0.001),the ration of the regnant women urine iodine more than 500?g/L in 2015(1.13%)less than 2011(2.08%),and those less than 150?g/L in 2015(47.33%)greater than 2011(37.50%),the difference was statistically significant(?2= 18.46,P<0.001).(3)Based on the TOPSIS method,the evaluation results showed that IDD prevention effect was as follows in a decreasing order: 2015,2014,2011,2005,corps IDD prevention and control effect is remarkable.In 2005,the evaluation results showed that IDD prevention effect was as follows in a decreasing order :the ninth,seventh,tenth,sixth,eighth,fifth,fourth,second,third,first,eleventh,fourteenth and the thirteenth divisions.In 2011,the evaluation results showed that IDD prevention effect was as follows in a decreasing order :the eighth,thirteenth,third,second,fourth,sixth,first,seventh,ninth,tenth,twelfth and the fifth divisions.In 2014,the evaluation results showed that IDD prevention effect was as follows in a decreasing order :the eighth,second,sixth,twelfth,tenth,ninth,fifth,first,thirteenth,seventh,fourteenth,fourth and the third divisions.In 2015,the evaluation results showed that IDD prevention effect was as follows in a decreasing order :the eighth,sixth,fifth,first,tenth,ninth,seventh,second,third,fourth,thirteenth,twelfth and the fourteenth divisions.Four comprehensive evaluation resultsshow that the best effect is the eighth division,the sixth division followed,the first,fifth,nineth,tenth division of the control effect is also better,the second,twelfth,thirteenth division of the control effect is not stable,the third,fourth,seven division of the control effect is poor,the fourteenth division of the worst control effect.Conclusions:(1)The overall covering rate of iodized salt rate,the qualification rate of the iodized salt rate and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt rate at the provincial level,reached the national standard(the covering rate of iodized salt greater than 95%,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt greater than 90%),indicating that the USI measures continue to consolidate.(2)After the iodine adjustment,the total goiter rate of the children,the median of urine iodine of the children and pregnant women dropped significantly.The iodine nutritional status is satisfactory.However,the detection of the pregnant women's iodine nutritional should be strengthened.Thus the standards for body iodine concentration should be maintained.(3)The results of comprehensive evaluation of TOPSIS method showed that the IDD prevention and control effect is remarkable of corps,but the effect of prevention and control was different,which suggested that there were regional differences in the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease in the regiment.Therefore,according to the control effect of different areas,take the appropriate control strategies,follow the principle of adjust measures to local conditions,scientific iodine supplement.
