| Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with Titanoreine application on Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage of internal hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection,to evaluate the application value of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with Titanoreine application on Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage of internal hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection.Material and method: Sixty patients with a clinical diagnosis of Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage of internal hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection were selected and randomly divided into Treatment Group(N =30)and Control Group(N =30).The control group was treated with Titanoreine after washing anus with warm water twice one day in the morning and evening,the treatment group was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction on the basis of the control group`s treatment.Two groups were both treated 7 days,then to observe the changes of blood in stool,distension sensation in anus and mucous membrane of hemorrhoid before and after treatment,the general curative effect and the recurrence rate of hemorrhoid symptoms and signs within 1 month after drug withdrawal,and analyze them with statistical methods.Results:1.The general condition(sex、age、course of disease、stage of internal hemorrhoids)of the two groups and the scores of stool blood,anal drop sensation and hemorrhoid mucosa before treatment were analyzed.The result of statistical comparison was not significant(P >0.05),and the results showed that the general condition and observation indexes of the two groups were comparable.2.The comparison of hematochezia score、the scores of falling sensation of anus and the score of hemorrhoid mucosa of the two groups patients after the treatment indicates that,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and treatment group is better than the control group.3.The total curative effect of the two groups after treatment was 93.33% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.013<0.05),which showed that there was difference in total effective rate between the two groups,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4.The relapse rates of the two groups after treatment in 1 month were 6.67% in the treatment group and 26.67% in the control group.The relapse rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.030<0.05),and the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Through this observation and study,the two groups of treatment methods for Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage of internal hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection are safe and effective.Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with Titanoreine for external use has definite curative effect in relieving the bleeding of stool,relieving the falling sensation of anus,improving the congestion of hemorrhoid mucosa and reducing the recurrence rate after treatment in the patients with stage I and stage II internal hemorrhoids caused by damp-heat downward injection,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application in patients with internal hemorrhoids. |
