| ObjectTo observe the curative effect of modified dendrobium mixture in treating patients of Diabetic cutaneous pruritus(Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness type),and provide clinical bases for the treating of Diabetic cutaneous pruritus with syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness with Dendrobium Mixture.MethodsUsing the method of randomized controlled trials,with the help of SPSS statistical analysis system,90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,namely,treatment one group,treatment two group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The three groups were all given diabetes health knowledge education,diet and exercise therapy,western medicine and other basic treatment,but modified dendrobium mixture was added in treatment one group,modified dendrobium mixture combined with traditional Chinese medicine washout in treatment two group and Oral fexofenadine in control group.All cases in each group were treated for two weeks.Observe and compare the three groups of patients with blood glucose index,skin itching symptom score and the efficacy of TCM symptoms in diabetes and skin itching symptoms curative effect.Results1 The level of FPG?2hPG stepped down after treatment in all three groups,and there were very significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the level of FPG and HbAIC were not statistically different between the three groups(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the level of 2hPG between group 1 and group 2(P>0.05)but the both treatment groups were better than the control group(P<0.01).2 After treatment,the total effective rate of reducing blood sugar in both treatment groups were 90.0%,and the control group was 83.3%,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).3 The three groups in the efficacy of TCM symptoms after treatment,the treatment one group was 86.7%,the treatment two group was 90.0%,and the control group was 63.3%,had significant differences(P<0.01).Intercomparison of three groups showed that both two treatment groups were better than the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two treatment groups(P>0.05).4 After treatment of TCM symptoms,the curative effect total effective rate of group 2 was 90.0%,and group 1 was 86.7%,and the control group was 63.3%.After the rank and inspection,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Intercomparison of three groups shows group 1 and 2 were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).And there was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and 2(P>0.05).5 After treatment,the itching signs and symptoms integral of the skin is reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,in the four points of itching,dry,scaly,scratch,three groups had significant difference(P<0.01).In intercomparison of three groups,group 1 and 2 in itching,scales,dry,scratch points are lower than the control group(P<0.01),and scales,scratch point group 2 were lower than group 1 and the control group(P<0.01).6 After treatment,the itchy skin symptoms score of three groups significantly decreased,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).The score of group 2 is lowest,and the control group is highest,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Intercomparison of three groups shows group 2 is lower than group 1(P<0.05),and significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).And there was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and 2(P>0.05).7 After treatment,the itchy skin symptoms curative effect total effectiveness of group 2 is 93.3%,group 1 is 86.7%,the control group is 63.3%.The rank and inspection shows three groups of curative effect difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Intercomparison of three groups shows group 1 is better than the control group(P<0.05),group 2 is significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),there was no statistically significant difference between group 1 and 2(P>0.05).8 Patients in treatment group 1 and 2 had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusions1 Modified dendrobium mixture in treating the patients of Diabetic cutaneous pruritus with syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness can reduce the 2hPG index.2 Modified dendrobium mixture in treating the patients of Diabetic cutaneous pruritus with syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness can reduce the TCM symptoms of diabetes score,and significantly improve the efficacy of TCM symptoms in diabetes.3 Modified dendrobium mixture in treating the patients of Diabetic cutaneous pruritus with syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Blood Dryness can reduce the skin itching symptom score,and significantly improve skin itching symptoms curative effect. |
