Objective:Hypertension is a common disease in clinic.Through conducting literature review,combining with advisor's clinical experience of the treatment,this study focuses on understanding the hypertension pathogenesis of Yang hyperactivity due to Yin deficiency type,proposing clinical method of the nourishing Yin to suppress Yang treatment,investigating the effectiveness and clinical safety of Shouwu Jiangya soup for nourishing Yin on patients with essential hypertension in this type,and providing theoretical basis and clinical reference for the treatment of hypertension in the future.The results have certain scientific and practical clinical values.Method : This study screened 64 cases of hypertension patients.The cases were divided into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases randomly.The treatment group received perindopril and Chinese medication,whereas the control group was treated with perindopril.During the 4-week treatment period of the study,blood pressure reduction,TCM score lowering effects,ABP systolic blood pressure(SBP),ABP in diastolic blood pressure(DBP),TCM symptom scores,Erythrocyte aggregation index and Lipids of the two troups were observed and analyzed through statistical analysis effective index above.Results:With regard to the antihypertensive effects of two groups after the treatment,the control group shows a total efficiency of 56.25% and the treatment group shows 78.13%.The two groups demonstrate significant difference(p<0.05).Comparing the Chinese medicine score lowering effects,the total efficiency of control group is 59.38%,whereas treatment group is 84.38%.The two groups have significant difference(p< 0.05).For systolic blood pressure of ABP after treatment,the treatment group is significantly lower than that of control group(p<0.05).Comparing the diastolic blood pressure of ABP after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group is significantly lower than the control group(p< 0.05).Compared two groups in TCM symptoms including dizziness,headache,soreness of waist,kness weakness,hot sensation in chest,palpitation,and insomnia,the treatment group is better than that of control group(p < 0.05),but no obvious difference in the tinnitus and forgetfulness(p > 0.05).The red blood cell aggregation index of the treatment group is lower than the control group with significant difference(p<0.05).In terms of TG levels,LDL-C levels and HDL-C levels,the results of the treatment group are lower than the control group with significant difference(p<0.05).However,the results of HDL-C levels do not show significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion :Application of Shouwu Jiangya soup shows positive clinical results for nourishing yin on primary hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,especially in improving patients with symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine effect.Shouwu Jiangya soup for nourishing yin has considerable clinical application prospects.
