Clinical Observation On Nourishing Yin And Stagnation Free Formula And Decoction Of Gastrodia And Uncariain Treating Hypertension With Constipation Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome

Objective:By comparing the changes of blood pressure and constipation before and after treatment of patients with hypertension with constipation,the effect of combined Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria with Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula in the treatment of hypertension with constipation in Yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome was better than that of Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria.To explore the effect of Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula on constipation in patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and to explore whether Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria and Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula can help to reduce blood pressure while treating constipation,so as to further improve the clinical antihypertensive effect and improve the comprehensive quality of life of patients,and provide more metalities for the remedy of hypertension with constipation Yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome.Method:(1)60 cases of hypertension with constipation of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome were stochasticly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group and 30 cases in observation group.(2)Both groups were given health education of hypertension and constipation and CCB antihypertensive drugs before entering the group.The control group was given Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria,and the observation group was given Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula and Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria.(3)The comparability of gender,age,history of hypertension,history of constipation,SBP and DBP of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.The differences of blood pressure,constipation score,one-way TCM symptom score and total TCM symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.(4)Two weeks were taken as a course of treatment in both groups.After one course of treatment,the treatment results of the two groups were scored,data processed and statistically analyzed to summarize the effectiveness and safety of the two groups.Result:There are 60 cases were collected in the two groups,including 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.The two groups were comparable in gender,age,history of hypertension and constipation,SBP and DBP(P>0.05).(1)Blood pressure comparison: SBP and DBP were comparable before treatment(P>0.05).The SBP of the observation group and the control group decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05),and DBP decreased less in the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The difference of SBP between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Constipation comparison: the constipation scores of the two groups were comparable before treatment(P>0.05).Comparison between groups: after treatment,the improvement of constipation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The constipation scores of the two groups were decreased,but the constipation of the control group was not significantly improved before and after treatment(P>0.05);The constipation of the observation group was significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of constipation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of total score of TCM Syndrome:There was no distinct divergence between the two groups before remedy(P>0.05);Intra group comparison: before and after treatment,the total TCM symptom scores of the therapy group and the control group were noticable different(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total symptom score of the two groups decreased before and after remedy,and the discrepancy between the two groups was large(P<0.05).The total effective ratio of the observation group(90%)was higher than that of the control group(76%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM single symptom score: there was no significant difference in TCM single symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Intra group comparison: the control group improved significantly in vertigo,headache,tinnitus,deafness and night sweats before and after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant improvement in irritability,dry eyes,dry throat and mouth,palpitation and insomnia(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,vertigo,headache,tinnitus and deafness,five heart trouble heat,dry throat and mouth,palpitation and night sweats were significantly improved in the observation group(P<0.05),but there was no significant improvement in irritability,dry eyes and insomnia in the observation group(P>0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,vertigo,five heart trouble,palpitation and night sweats were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),but headache,tinnitus,deafness,irritability,dry eyes,dry throat and mouth,insomnia were not improved in the two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy and short-term efficacy: there was no significant difference in SBP,DBP and constipation score between the two groups after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).(5)Safety observation: two groups of patients in the course of 2 weeks of treatment did not appear adverse drug reactions,4 weeks after the follow-up of patients with no recurrence of symptoms,no drug-related discomfort,initially identified as drug safety.Conclusion:(1)On the basis of CCB,Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula combined with Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria can effectively improve the overall symptoms of patients,especially in vertigo,headache,tinnitus and deafness,five heart trouble and heat,constipation.(2)Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of hypertension patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome,and assist in antihypertensive treatment.(3)Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula combined with Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria has a stable and safe clinical effect in the treatment of primary hypertension with constipation of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome.(4)Nourishing Yin and Stagnation Free Formula combined with Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria in the treatment of primary hypertension with constipation is better than Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria in the treatment of primary hypertension with constipation.
