| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Pinggan Jiangya Decoction guided by Pinggan Yanggan method on hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver yang and study the intervention of this therapy on sympathetic nerves,and explore that when it improves the symptoms of hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang and achieve stable blood pressure control before and after treatment,observe whether the sympathetic nerve excitement changes.Research Method :60 patients with primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang were selected,according to the order of medical treatment,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each one,and numbered with Arabic numerals.Both groups were treated with 5mg amlodipine besylate tablets twice a day as basic treatment,especially the treatment group was given the experience prescription of Pinggan Jiangya Decoction made by the tutor,which was taken orally twice a day.All subjects should receive health education,adopt a low-salt and low-fat diet and quit smoking,drinking,drinking strong tea and coffee before treatment.The efficacy and safety should be evaluated before and after treatment for further observe the changes of OBP,CHR,MN,NMN,free(MN+NMN),TCM syndrome score and other indicators.Research results:The experimental research shows that the SBP/DBP and CHR of the two groups were significantly decreased before and after treatment(P <0.01),and the effect of reducing SBP and CHR in the treatment group is more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The values of MN,NMN and free(MN+NMN)in the treatment group decreased significantly before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the above three indexes in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.01),The values of NMN and free(MN+NMN)in the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05)while there was no significant decrease in MN value before and after treatment(P=0.077).Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement of scores in the treatment group is more significant than that in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).In this study,this prescription is safe.Conclusion:The tutor’s self-made Pinggan Jiangya Decoction combined with western medicine has better antihypertensive effect,it can also reduce the excitability of sympathetic nerve and improve TCM syndromes. |
