Clinical Study Of Breeding Qingyang Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:Essential hypertension is the most common clinical chronic circulatory system disease,this topic by reading literature,combined with years of clinical experience,teacher observation breeding qingyang soup decoction of the clinical effectiveness and safety of treatment of the disease,for the future of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary hypertension to provide theoretical basis and clinical data.Methods:This topic selection in October 2015 to October 2017 in jinan hypertension of hospital of traditional Chinese medicine clinics and 70 primary hypertension patients in hospital,excluding 6 cases(3 cases of treatment group,control group 3 cases),were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases and control group in 32 cases.After taking the medicine,the efficacy indexes of blood pressure lowering effect and TCM clinical syndrome score were observed.Results:After the end of the treatment,the results showed that the laboratory indicators of both groups had improved,and there was a difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of the effect of hypotension and TCM clinical syndrome score(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving dizziness,headache and other symptoms(P < 0.05),while there was no significant difference in tinnitus,forgetfulness and nocturnal urinary frequency between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:The application of fuyang decoction in the treatment of this disease has a good clinical effect,especially in improving patients' TCM symptoms,which can improve patients' clinical symptoms and control their blood pressure.
