Clinical Research On Regulating Nourishing Yin And Suppressing Hyperactive Yang And Vein Relaxing Decoction In Treating Senile Hypertension With Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity And Stasis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of regulating Nourishing yin and Suppressing hyperactive yang and vein relaxing Decoction in treatment of Senile hypertension with syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity and Stasis in TCM symptoms,blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),the clinical curative effect of inflammatory cytokines,HCY,coagulation function,and to evaluate its safety,provide the new thinking of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine for the treatment of hypertension in the elderly.Methods The trial included 60 patients that met the hypertension diagnostic criteria and Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity and Stasis syndrome of TCM diagnostic criteria,divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the principle of random parallel control.Patients in control group were treated with simple oral Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Valsartan Capsules,treatment group on the basis of the control group treated with regulating Nourishing yin and Suppressing hyperactive yang and vein relaxing Decoction orally,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Both groups were obserbed the changes of TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure(systolic and diastolic blood pressure),inflammatory factors(CRP,IL-6,TNF-a),HCY,coagulation function(D-D,FIB)and other indicators before and after treatment,and to determine the adverse reactions and patient's compliance.Finally,all the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the age,sex,TCM symptom scores,blood pressure(systolic and diastolic blood pressure)and inflammatory factors(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.?TCM symptom scores and syndrome curative effect:After treatment,both groups of TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased(P<0.01);comparison between groups,the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01);The syndrome curative effect:the total efficiency is 93.33%in the treatment and 76.67%in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).?The antihypertensive effect:After treatment,two groups of patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased.There were statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in Diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01)while no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).The total effective rate of blood pressure analysis,the total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group.There was no significant difference in the antihypertensive effect between the two groups.?The changes of inflammatory factors:the treatment group after treatment in patients with CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a levels were significantly lower than that before treatment,have statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The CRP and IL-6 levels of patients in the control group were declined after treatment,have differences compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),but TNF-a have no significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05);between the two groups after treatment,CRP,have statistical difference(P<0.05),while IL-6 have no statistical significant difference(P>0.05).?The changes of HCY:HCY of the two groups were significantly declined,have statistical difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Between the two groups after treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).?The blood coagulation function changes:two groups of patients after treatment of D-D and FIB were significantly declined,there was significant difference when compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with two groups,the treatment group decreased significantly,have statistical difference(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred during the study.Conclusion1.Nourishing yin and Suppressing hyperactive yang and vein relaxing Decoction to pharmaceutical drugs for nourishing Yin,calming liver Yang and blood stasis drug compatibility tick collaterals,pathogenesis of kidney yin with senile hypertension liver deficiency,blood stasis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of syndrome of Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity and Stasis;2.Nourishing yin and Suppressing hyperactive yang and vein relaxing Decoction can reduce blood stasis in elderly hypertensive hyperactivity in patients with systolic blood pressure,CRP,INF-?,HCY,D-D,FIB level,has important significance for the development of prevention and treatment of hypertension and related cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.3.Nourishing yin and Suppressing hyperactive yang and vein relaxing Decoction in treating senile hypertension is safe and effective.
