| Objective: To study the effectof traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang in reducing the pain of the patients with adenomyosis and improve the endometrial receptivity,hope can use Chinese traditional medicine Xiaoyi Fang to ease the pain of the patients with adenomyosis,and improve the pregnancy rate.Methods: 60 cases which were diagnosed as adenomyosis patients divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases and blank control group 30 cases.In treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang 3 courses of treatment,patients in the control group did not use any treatment,only life guide 3 courses.The pain score of two groups of patients before and after treatment and the development of the endometrial pinopodes were compared.Results: In the treatment group after treatment,the pain was lower than before treatment,the level of endometrial pinopodes was increased,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score and the maturation degree of endometrial pinopodes in the control group after 3 courses(P>0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyi Fang can relieve pain of patients with adenomyosis,and improve the endometrial receptivity. |
