Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of QingReXiaoZheng Fang combined with HuaYuZhiTong Fang, which is applied to treat adenomyosis dysmenorrhea, the stagnation-excessive heat type, and explore its work mechanism. Methods: We totally observed 60 patients of adenomyosis and it was divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group take QingReXiaoZheng Fang combined with HuaYuZhiTong Fang at stage, while the control group takes SanJieZhenTong capsule and DanHuangQuYu capsule at stage, which are compared to observe their curative effects and impacts on prostaglandin E2,vascular endothelin-1,Nitric oxide and Uterine volume. Results: After treatment, the dysmenorrhea level score of the two groups were obviously decreased (P<0.01) and there were significant differences between groups (P<0.05). The syndrome score of the two groups has significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The prostaglandin E2,vascular endothelin-1,Nitric oxide level of the two groups is obviously decreased after treating, which has significant differences compared with its original level (P<0.01) and the control group (P<0.01). The Uterine volume is decreased of the two groups after treating, which has significant differences compared with extreatment (P<0.01) and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: QingReXiaoZheng Fang combined with HuaYuZhiTong Fang has better effect in treating adenomyosis. The mechanism maybe has relation with the patients'high blood coagulation and improving vascular endothelial function, reducing the hyperplasia and inflammation of ectopic endometrial , adjust the blood prostaglandin etc to improve the syndromes.
