| Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of ZhiTongTiaoXueFang andJingTongTingFang, which is applied to treat adenomyosis, and explore its functionmechanism.Methods: We totally observed60patients of adenomyosis and it was divided into twogroups randomly,each group of30case.The treatment group take ZhiTongTiaoXueFangcombined with JingTongTingFang at stage, while the control group takes SanJieZhenTongcapsule and ShaoFuZhuYu capsule at stage.Observe two groups of curative effect of TCMsymptoms, the degree of dysmenorrhea, CA125and EMAb and uterine size effect.Results: After treatment,two groups score of TCM symptoms were reduced thanbefore treatment,total integral comparison has a very significant difference between groupsafter treatment(P<0.01). After treatment, two groups score in patients with dysmenorrheawere lower earlier, there are significant differences between groups after treatment(p <0.05). Treatment group in improving the menstrual quantity, color,quality, leukorrhea andother symptoms of TCM, uterine volume, decrease the rate of turn increase CA125werebetter than that in control group(P <0.05).Two group of patients after the treatment,EMAb positive rate were reduced than before treatment, but there was no significantdifference between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: ZhiTongTiaoXueFang and JingTongTingFang have better effect intreating adenomyosis,which can significantly improve symptoms and signs of traditionalChinese medicine, obviously alleviate dysmenorrhea, uterine volume. The mechanism ofaction may to improve immune function, reduce the volume of uterus, decrease the level ofCA125, the EMAb negative; to improve blood flow, anti-inflammatory and analgesic torelieve dysmenorrhea symptoms, improve the clinical symptoms and signs. |
