| Objective:To observe the effect of Xiaoyifang on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome of frozen-thawed embryo transfer in infertile patients with endometriosis,and to explore the mechanism of Xiaoyifang on endometrial receptivity,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of infertile patients with EMs.Methods:Ninety patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ EMs undergoing FET were randomly divided into Xiaoyifang group(45 cases)and blank control group(45 cases).Xiaoyifang group took Xiaoyifang orally for 2 menstrual cycles after menstruation was clean,and stopped taking medicine during menstruation,while giving life intervention.Xiaoyifang Group continued taking Xiaoyifang orally after menstruation was clean,and stopped taking medicine on transplantation day.In the blank control group,only 2 menstrual cycles were intervened by life,and no drugs were given.The two groups were treated with hormone replacement cycles for FET.The levels of serum E2 and P and the expression of serum and endometrial integrin β3 were measured before and 6 days after ovulation.The endometrial thickness,classification and subendometrial blood flow were measured before and after ovulation.The scores of TCM syndromes,serum E2 and P levels,the expression of integrinβ3 in serum and endometrium,endometrial thickness,subtype,subendometrial blood flow,embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The scores of TCM syndromes in Xiaoyifang group during transplantation period were lower than those before intervention and blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.There was no significant difference in E2 and P levels at 6 days after ovulation between Xiaoyifang group and blank control group(P>0.05).The serum and endometrial integrin β3 levels in Xiaoyifang group 6 days after ovulation were higher than those in the control group and the blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness,the proportion of A-type,B-type endometrium and subendometrial grade Ⅲ blood flow in Xiaoyifang group on ovulation day after intervention were higher than those before intervention and blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in Xiaoyifang group were higher than those in blank control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyifang can improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with EMs,improve endometrial thickness,classification and subendometrial blood flow,and increase the expression of integrin β3 during implantation window,thereby improving endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome. |
