Xin Gui The Pain Fang Duizai Adenomyosis With Dysmenorrhea Clinical Observation And6-Keto-Prostaglandin （PGF1α In）, Thromboxane B₂（TXB₂）

Objectives.By observe Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang on adenomyosis dysmenorrhea, signs, serum CA125, and6-ketone-prostate pigment (PGF-1a),and thrombosis pigment B2(TXB2) and the b Super in treatment before and after of changes, evaluate the clinical effect of Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang on adenomyosis secondary dysmenorrhea and on PGF-1a and TXB2. in clinical basis for conservative diagnosis and treatment of uterine adenomyosis secondary dysmenorrhea, and to put forward the exact clinical efficacy and TCM features, and suitable for clinical application of treatment programs.Methods:To meet the diagnostic criteria of50cases of dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis randomly divided into two groups,30cases of the treatment group (Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang of traditional Chinese medicine in treating), control group of20cases (analgesic capsule in the treatment of oral sanjie). Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang used during therapy group therapy pain relieving prescription in plus-minus,3consecutive menstrual cycle for1course. Respectively before and after treatment with Radioimmunoassay of serum CA125, PGF-1a, TXB2contents, observe changes in two groups of patients during the treatment of symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and made good records and statistics.Results:Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang and Sanjie analgesic capsule oral treatment can improve clinical symptoms of adenomyosis, alleviate dysmenorrhea, improve irregular menstruation. Both in the clinical efficacy, the efficacy of TCM symptoms, changes in uterine volume and CA125before and after the change, there were no significant differences (P>0.05) difference was significant (P <0.05) in the group of dysmenorrhea improve treatment treatment group than the control group, PGF1α treatment between the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), the level of TXB2after-treatment group compared to a very significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Xin Gui Zhi Tong Fang Decoction treatment of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea with good clinical efficacy, safety without side effects, significantly reduce the patient’s pain, relieve symptoms, improve their quality of life, reflecting the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment.
