| Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese medicine prescription Xiaoxingjiedu decoction in the treatment of EBV infection in children.For the clinical application of Chinese medicine to provide the basis for treatment of the disease.Methods: Sixty-four children with EBV infection were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the principle of randomized control.The control group,treated with ganciclovir(5~10mg/kg·d)intravenous drip treatment 5~7 day.The treatment group,treated with the Xiaoxingjiedu decoction based on the the control group 5~ 7 day.Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs were evaluated.Comparisons of symptoms in both groups were compared.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results.Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoxingjiedu decoction in treating EBV infection in children.Results:1.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.01).Indicating that the two groups in the treatment of EB virus infection in children have a significant effect.2.Comparison of the two groups of children with the treatment of the main symptoms.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving lymphadenopathy and tonsil enlargement.3.Two groups of treatment can effectively improve fever and pharyngeal hyperemia.But the treatment group in the heat back time,pharyngeal hyperemia subsided time,sore throat subsided time were shorter than the control group.4.There was a significant difference in the amount of EB-DNA between the two groups,treatment group with less time.5.There was a significant difference in the overall efficacy.The treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Both groups can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children.Treatment group achieved significant effect.Clinical has a certain application value. |
