Objective: With the rapid development of China's economy, people's living standards are improving day by day. However, the incidence of the disease is increasing year by year due to children's diet, preference for cold drinks, increased learning pressure and other reasons.Because of parents' spoiling, the disease is easy to repeat and the cure is difficult to complete. As a symptom in Western medicine, epigastralgia is closely related to many digestive system diseases, and the diagnosis usually needs the help of gastroscopy and pathological histology;while gastroscopy is a traumatic examination, the children have to endure certain pain when they are examined, which makes it difficult for parents to accept and children to cooperate.Western medicine for the diagnosis of pediatric epigastralgia etiology is not clear, the treatment is mostly symptomatic treatment.Anti-acid drugs, gastric mucosal protective agents, gastrointestinal motility drugs are commonly used.Although these drugs can alleviate the pain of children, they can also bring some toxic and side effects, causing damage to the body of children, and using western medicine alone to treat the disease is prone to recurrence. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to summarize the experience of the tutor in clinical treatment of this disease for many years.By using the self-made prescription "Dehumidification and Spleen-invigorating Decoction",we can use its efficacy of dryness,dampness,spleen-invigorating,heat-clearing and pain-relieving to treat children with stomachache, dampness and heat(non-pyloric bacilli infection)and find a treatment plan with high efficiency, low price, little side effects, and more willing to accept by the families of the children. Methods: From December 2017 to December 2018,60 children with epigastric pain in the pediatric outpatient department of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups by random number table: group A and group B,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with self-made Decoction for removing dampness and invigorating the spleen(Coptis chinensis 3g,Yanhusuo 10 g,corrugated 10 g,Bupleurum chinense 6g,Amomum villosum 3g,Shenqu 10 g,Malt 15 g,Paeonia lactiflora 10 g,Licorice 3g)orally.The symptoms were added or subtracted according to the clinical symptoms. The control group was treated with Sanjiu Weitai Granule(Huarun Sanjiu Medicine,Z44020705).the treatment group took one week as a course of treatment, the first course of treatment was taken orally continuously, and the second and third courses were taken every other day;the control group took one week as a course of treatment, and took three courses of treatment continuously, and then followed up for one month to observe the curative effect. Results: By observing the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group, there were 1 case cured,12 cases markedly effective,16 cases effective and 1 case ineffective in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group, there were 0 cases cured,0 cases markedly effective,23 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.67%.After rank sum test P < 0.05(P 0.00),the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. There were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Through comparative analysis, the effect of Chushi Jianpi Decoction in treating children with epigastric pain,damp-heat and moderate resistance(non-pyloric bacilli infection)is definite, and the parents of children are easy to accept, and there are no obvious adverse reactions. This topic has clinical significance.
