The Clinical Observation About Ke Min Decoction In Treating The Lung Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Pediatric Allergic Cough

Objective:Through the clinical research on Ke Min decoction in treating the lung Yin deficiency syndrome of pediatric allergic cough, further clarify its curative effect for the treatment of the disease, and lay a good foundation for further development research.Design and method:A randomized, controlled clinical trial, will meet the lung Yin deficiency syndrome of pediatric allergic cough and60patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine, Chinese medicine group30cases,30cases of western medicine group, the Chinese Medicine Group (decoction):Take Ke Min decoction-"nan sha shen10g, mai dong10g, zhi bai bulOg, kuan dong hua10g,fa ban xia6g, san bai pi10g,gou teng8g, xi xian caol5g, chan yi6g,zi caol5g". Every day1medicinal preparation. Western Medicine Group:Take loratadine, either weight less30kg,5mg/day:night time,or weight more than30kg,10mg/day:night time.Two groups take7days as1treatment course, treats and observes2treatment courses. Observes two groups around the treatment the coughing attack frequency, the cough degree,wheezing and the sneezing, runny nose, itching, throat, sweating, bowel movement improvement situations.Results:Two groups in reducing the coughing attack frequency, the cough degree and wheezing were effective (P<0.05), and the comparison between Chinese traditional medicine group and western medicine group were no significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups on sneezing, runny nose,itching and throat improvements are also significant effect (P<0.05), and two groups in sneezing, runny nose, itching improvements were no difference (P>0.05), but in the throat symptoms improvement of traditional Chinese medicine was better than western medicine group (P<0.05). In stool, sweating of the improvements, the Western Medicine group was not significant (P>0.05), but Chinese Medicine group was significant (P<0.05). Reducing the total integral, traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group(P<0.05). Comparative efficacy of the overall symptoms markedly Medicines cure rate was53.33%, total effective rate was96.67%, western medicine group recovered markedly effective rate was23.33%,93.33%total efficiency also, the overall effect of the two groups was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusions:Ke Min decoctiong in treating the lung Yin deficiency syndrome of pediatric allergic cough is effective and safe.
