Objective: By observing and evaluating the clinical efficacy and safety of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of pediatric "off-quilt sign" spleen dysfunction and transport syndrome,to provide an effective clinical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation in treating pediatric "off-quilt sign"Methods: A total of 65 patients met the inclusion criteria in the study. They were numbered according to the order of treatment. The single number was divided into treatment groups,33 cases, and the double number was divided into control groups,32 cases.Treatment group were given oral Chinese medicine Sijunzi Decoction on the basis of routine diet and daily life care guidance.Control group were given routine diet and daily life care guidance. We followed up on the first day(first follow-up)and one month(second follow-up)after one course of treatment,10 days as a course of treatment.Average times of "off-quilt",the total score of TCM syndrome, the score of TCM single symptom and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed treatment.Finally,spss24.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: 1.The average times of "off-quilt" : Before and after treatment, the average number of "off-quilt" was 4.61 ± 2.49,2.77 ± 2.33 and 1.61 ± 1.73 in the treatment group, and 4.47 ± 2.73,4.35 ± 2.89 and 4.06 ± 2.86 in the control group. No statistical difference before treatment(P> 0.05),The average times of "off-quilt" after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment. The decrease trend of the average times of "off-quilt" in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The second follow-up was significantly less than the first(P <0.01),in the treatment group.2.The total scores of TCM syndromes,The total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment. The decrease trend of the total scores in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with the first follow-up,the second follow-up was more effective(P<0.05).3.Individual symptoms of TCM,The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in improving the TCM symptoms of restlessness, lack of food, fullness of abdominal cavity, sallow complexion, fatigue, and loose stool(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in belching, dry mouth and cold hands and feet between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The comparison of total efficacy: In the first follow-up,the totaleffective rate was 74.19% in the treatment group(mild 78.57%,moderate 70.00%,severe 50.00%,extremely severe 0.00%)and 25.81% in the control group(mild 33.33%,moderate 22.22%,severe 20.00%,extremely severe 0.00%).In the second follow-up,the total effective rate was 87.12% in the treatment group(mild 92.86,moderate 90.00%,severe 83.33%,extremely severe 0.00%)and 35.48% in the control group(mild 46.67%,moderate 33.33%,severe 20.00%,extremely severe 0.00%).In both follow-ups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.01);compared with the first follow-up,the total effective rate at the second follow-up showed a clear upward trend, and Children with mild to moderate "off-quilt" are more effective. Conclusion: The clinical effect of Sijunzi Decoction on the treatment of TCM spleen dysfunctional syndrome in children with " off-quilt sign " is accurate, which can effectively reduce the number of “off-quilt”,improve the performance of TCM spleen dysfunctional syndrome,no adverse reactions, high safety,Worthy of clinical application promotion.
