To Observe Curative Effect Of Liang-ge-suo-tao Decoction In Treatment Of Pediatric Acute Tonsillitis Infection

Objective: To observe the effect of and safety of Lianggesuotao Decoction on children with acute tonsillitis during lung-stomach heat syndrome.Method:Methods 60 cases of patients with acute tonsillitis during lung-stomach heat syndrome diagnosis standard and age in 3 ~ 14 years old children as the research object.Using random method, 60 cases of acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(29 cases).The treatment group was given Lianggesuotao Decoction, the control group was given Azithromycin for Suspension, two groups were 7 days for a course of treatment, reasonable diet control.After a course of treatment, the standard table of TCM syndrome classification,Observe the difference between two groups before and after treatment in children with tonsil swelling, fever, sore throat, cough and other symptoms to improve the situation.Analysis and evaluation of clinical efficacy of drugs from statistical aspects.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%, the total effective rate of the control group was 86.21%, after the rank sum test, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05), the total efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Two groups in the enlargement of the tonsils hyperemia, suppurative tonsillitis, sore throat, fever and other symptoms improved, there was significant difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group. In the white blood cell count, cough improved, two groups have no significant difference(P > 0.05), efficacy. No adverse reactions were observed in two groups of children.Conclusion: Lianggesuotao Decoction can be safe and effective in the treatment of children with acute tonsillitis during lung-stomach heat syndrome.
