Objective:To observe the clinical effct of the chinese native medicine yun pi gu chang decoction on treating children with the Syndrome of Spleen weakness Obstructing the diarrhea.Method:Stochastically divides60examples Children with diarrhea into two groups, the treatment group30examples use the chinese native medicine Yun Pi Gu Chang decoction to take orally the treatment. The comparison group30examples use the Montmorillonite Powder to take orally the treatment. The treatment course is5days. Around observes two groups to treat the clinical symptom and the therapeutic effect.Results:The chinese native medicine Yun Pi Gu Chang decoction treats the young children with diarrhea30examples (total effectiveness is93.33%, treats the young children with diarrhea30examples with the control group (total effectiveness is90.00%, after statistics processing, the two has no significance difference (P>0.05), but in improving some main symptoms. We compared the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment in one group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in ether group, except the syndrome of The spirit in the comparison group. The difference between the two groups in improving diarrhoea, stomachache and Loss of appetite after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the comparison group; In improving thirsty、dark urine the spirit、the complexion and belching (P>0.05), the treatment group and comparison group have not significant difference.Conclusion:Yun Pi Gu Chang decoction has the good treatment result and the important clinical practice value.
