To Observe The Clinical Effect Of “Needing Anshen Point Group” In The Treatment Of Senile Dementia Of Sleep Disorders

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of ad sleep disorder,and compare it with the routine prescription,so as to find a more effective method for the treatment of ad sleep disorder.Methods:According to the doll 's random table(see Appendix 1),40 patients with AD sleep disorders who met the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture treatment group and control group,each with 20 patients.The treatment group: Baihui,Shen dao,zhi Yang,Lingtai,BL15(double),Shenmen(double),Ganshu(double),Pishu(double)and Shenshu(double);Control group: acupoints Sishencong,Shenmen(double),sleeping(double),Sanyinjiao(double),Zhaohai(double),Shen Mai(double),Taixi(double),Xuanzhong(double),Zusanli(double).6 times for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses of treatment.In contrast to the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of two groups of table(PSQI)score,observe their similarities and differences.Results:1.The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.After acupuncture treatment,the treatment group in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disturbance,hypnotic drugs,and the total score lower than the control group,the two groups had significant difference(p<0.05),sleep efficiency and daytime dysfunction,no significant difference(p>0.05),without statistical significance.3.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,with a very significant difference between p<0.01);comparing the scores of the two groups after treatment,the results were statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusions:Two groups of programs can improve the symptoms of ad sleep disorders,in improving sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,total score,the treatment group is better than the control groupsignificantly better than the control group.
