Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Ear Acupuncture On Sleep Disorders In Patients With Alzheimer's Disease Based On Dumai Theory

Objective:Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture and needle acupuncture treatment based on the theory of governing veins is used to treat patients with Alzheimer's disease and sleep disorders,and a comparison is made to provide more effective clinical treatment for patients with Alzheimer's disease and sleep disorders.Methods:Seventy-two clinical patients met the criteria for inclusion and diagnosis of dementia with sleep disorders.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into a treatment group of 36 cases and a control group of 36 cases In the treatment group,acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture was used to acupuncture the needle based on the theory of Dumai,and the main points were selected:B aihui,Fengfu,Dazhui,Mingmen,Yaoyangguan;Acupoints:Anmian(bilateral),Sanyinji ao(bilateral),Taixi(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral),ear points select bilateral Shenmen,subcortical,sleep,heart,kidney.the control group is based on supervisingwere selected:B aihui,Fengfu,Dazhui,Mingmen,Yaoyangguan;Acupoints:Anmian(bilateral),Sanyinj iao(bilateral),Taixi(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral).Pulse theory acupuncture method.The selected patients were treated once a day,6 times a week,6 times as a course of treatment,a rest day after each course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Both groups of patients used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)and Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)before and after treatment to evaluate the treatment effect.Results:Basic data:In this study,a total of 72 cases were included,6 cases were dropped,and 66 cases were actually completed,including 34 cases in the control group and 3 2 cases in the treatment group.There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups before treatment Comparison(P>0.05);Scale score change:After the end of the treatment course,compared with the total score of PSQI scale,ESS scale score and MMSE scale score of the two groups of patients,the improvement degree of the combined acupuncture treatment group with ear points is better than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of clinical efficacy:After the course of treatment,a total of 2 cases were cured in the acupuncture group combined with ear acupuncture,17 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 87.50%.There were 10 cases,15 cases were eff ective,and 8 cases were invalid.The total effective rate was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:1 Acupuncture based on Dumai theory combined with acupuncture at ear points and acupuncture based solely on Dumai theory can significantly improve the sleep status,daytime sleepiness and cognitive function of patients with dementia and sleep disorders;2Compared with simple Dumai acupuncture,ear acupuncture combined with Dumai theory acupuncture is more effective,and it is an effective method for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease with sleep disorders.
