| Purpose:In this study,we analyzed the bibliometric characteristics of acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders and the law of acupoint selection by collecting the published literature on acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders in recent years,and using frequency analysis.factor analysis and cluster analysis to sort out and statistics,so as to clarify the research status of acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders,and provide data support for better clinical application and development of acupuncture in the acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders.Method:Using "acupuncture" and "circadian sleep disorder" as key words,we searched the literatures related to acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),mWanfang Data knowledge service platform.Chinese BioMedical Literature Database(CBM)and English database PubMed from 2000 to 2020.After screening,the published years,publishing institutions.first author related information,source publications,fund project support,fund project types,treatment methods and acupoint names of the obtained literature were sorted out and entered into excel 2016,SPSS22.0 software was used for bibliometric analysis of literature data,and frequency analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis of selected acupoints were carried out to clarify the rules of acupoint selection.Results:1.Bibliometric analysis resultsA total of 57 articles were included in this stuy.The results showed that the number of acupuncture treatment of circadian rhythm sleep disorders increased year by year in the past 20 years,especially in the past 10 years The institutions of the first author were mainly umiversities and hospitals,with 43 papers(75.48%)published in universities and 14 papers(24.52%)published in hospitals.Among the provinces where the authors are located,20 papers(35.07%)were published in Sichuan Province,6 papers(10.53%)in Jilin Province,and 6 papers(10.53%)in Guangdong Province;the journals of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine were the main type of published literature,and the top three journals were acupuncture research with 2 papers(7.693%),Chinese Journal of traditional Chinese medicine with 2 papers(7.693%)and Liaoning Journal of traditional Chinese medicine with 2 papers(7.693%),and the first two were all belong to Chinese Core Journals of Peking University,the third was science and technology core journal,and there was one foreign journal Medicine(3.846%).In recent 10 years,the situation of fund project support was significantly better than that of 10 years ago,and 60.00%of them were supported by national fund projects,followed by provincial fund projects,accounting for 28.00%;the treatment method used in the literature was acupuncture(23 articles,45.10%)and electroacupuncture(19 articles,37.26%).2.Analysis results of acupoint selection lawFrequency analysis shows that.there were 46 acupoints in the literature,including 40 points of the fourteen channels,5 extra meridians acupnints and 1 ear acupoint The total use frequency of acupoints were 195 times,among which the top three acupoints were Shenmai(7.18%),Zhaohai(7.18%)and Sanyinjiao(6.67%)There are 12 high-frequency acupoints whose use frequency is greater than or equal to 8 times in the literature,the three most frequently used acupoints were lower limbs(62 times),shoulder.back and waist(54 times)and head)face and neck(43 times),the top three of which were Bladder meridian of foot Taiyang(66 times),Du Meridian(28 times)and Kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin(18 times);a total of 38 specific acupnints(189 times)were used in the literature,and the tap three of which were Back Shu pnint(4E times).Ba-mai Jiao-hui Point(40 times),Five Shu pnint(35 times);the 10 Five Shu points(35 times)were used from high to low in the order of Shu(16 times),He(15 times),Ying(2 times),Jing(1 time),Jing(1 time).Factor analysis showed that five common factors could be extracted from 12 high-frequency acupoints with frequency greater than or equal to 8 times,which could explain 83.100%of the total variance The corresponding acupoints of each factor were:factor F1-Shenmen acupoint,Sishencong acupoint,Sanyinjiao acupoint,factor F2-Xinshu acupoint,Pishu acupoint,Shenshu acupoint,factor F3-Shenmai acupoint,Zhaohai acupoint,factor F4 Zusanli acupoint,Neiguan acupoint,factor F5 Ganshu acupoint,Baihui acupoint.Cluster analysis shows that the 12 high frequency acupoints can be divided into five categories,corresponding to the following:Category 1 includes Shenmai acupoint and Zhaohai acupoint,category 2 includes Sanyinjiao acupoint,Shenmen acupoint and Sishencnng acupoint,category 3 includes Ganshu acupoint,category 4 includes Shenshu acupoint,Xinshu acupoint and Pishu acupoint,and category 5 includes Neiguan acupoint,Zusanli acupoint and Baihui acupoint.The typical variable of category 2 was Sanyinjiao acupoint and the typical variable of category 4 was Shenshu acupoint,and the typical variable of category 5 was Neiguan acupoint The matching rate between cluster analysis and factor analysis was 60.00%.Conclusion:1.The incidence of circadianrhythm sleep disorders is increasing and and distributed in many provinces.The number of sleep related disorders in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has been increasing rapidly,and has been growing rapidly in recent ten years,the quality of research is general,but the attention has increased,and began to develop abroad.The level of research in this field is acceptable.Acupuncture has a variety of means in the treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders,and is often used in combination with other therapies.2.Acupuncture treatment of circadianrhythm sleep disorders is mainly along the meridian.and mainly local acupoint symptomatic treatment ?The selected acupoints were mainly distributed in the lower limbs,first three acupoints are Shenmai acupoint(14 times),Zhaohai acupoint(14 times)and Sanyinjiao acupoint(13 times),which are all belonging to intersection points.?The first choice of acupoints along the meridian is Bladder meridian of foot Taiyang.?The specific acupoints are mostly Beishu acupoint and five acupoints,and Xinshu acupnint-Pishu acupoint-Shenshu acupoint used more frequently,and Shu points are mostly used in the five acupoints ?The combination of Shenmai acupoint and Zhaohai acupoint reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine of "distal point selection"and "The place that meridians pass through demands priority in your diagnosis".The combination of Shenmen acupoint,Sishencong acupoint and Sanyinjian acupoint shows the method of acupuncture treatment for insomnia. |
