| Objection:To investigate the clinical effect and security of Acupuncture Shenmen and Sishencong points and bank go cans which used to treat the sleep disorders after stroke.Method:64 cases of patients within the sleep disorders after stroke were enrolled from the clinic and inpatient departments of acupuncture Medical section ofChengDu University of TCM. According to a randomized, single-blinded,medicine-controlled design principles,64cases were divided into 32 cases of the treatment group and 32 cases of control group.Patients in Treatment group were treated with Acupuncture Shenmen and Sishencong points and bank go cans,meanwhile the patients in control group were treated with the oral moxa company hebron triazoles.The period of treatment was 4 weeks.Observation of the changes of the symptoms points included Sleep rate^ PSQI,SRSS were evaluated by means of the assessment.Result:Among 64 cases,60patients finished the study whereas 4 lost. With the 30 cases in the treatment group,16 cases were clinical cure.The cure rate is 53.34%,10cases were markedly better.Which is 33.33%.3 cases were effective. The effective rate is 10.00%; 1 cases were invalid and accounting for3.33%.The markedly effective rate is 86.67%.The total effective rate is96.67%.In the contrast group which used the oral moxa company hebron triazoles,8cases were clinical cure.The cure rate is 26.67%,14 cases were markedly better.Which is 46.66%.2cases were effective. The effective rate is6.67%; 6 cases were invalid and accounting for20%.The markedly effective rate is 73.33%.The total effective rate is80.00%. Comparing the two groups, there are more significant differences between the markedly effective rate and the effective constitute(P<0.05).And the treatment can improve the situation of the Sleep rate,PSQI,SRSS.Conclusion:the Acupuncture Shenmen and Sishencong points and bank go cans trestment can significantly improve the sleep quality, at the same time it can improved clinical symptoms. |
