| Aims and Significance: According to collecting and sorting professor Zhou Ciqing’s medical cases of treating chest blocking and heartache,mining and analyzing his rule of prescription medication,to study the clinical experience and academic thought of treating chest blocking and heartache,which plays a positive role in promoting the advantages of TCM in the treatment of chest blocking and heartache.It is also beneficial to inherit and popularize the clinical experience of the famous old TCM doctor,and to provide methodological guidance for modern TCM literature analysis and application.Methods: Collecting and sorting professor Zhou Ciqing’s medical cases of treating chest blocking and heartache basis,preprocessing and screening the data in accordance with the standards,establish a relatively medical record database,and using frequency analysis,association rules,association network construction technology to analysis the medical records.Results: In a total of 542 cases,there were 235 males and 307 females with an average age of 57.25 years.Clinical manifestation followed by chest pain,chest tightness,flustered,palpitation,shortness of breath,with fatigue,insomnia,dizziness and headache.The commonly clinical used drugs: tonic medicine,antipyretic medicine,relieving drugs(wend drug)and Regulating Qi medicine.Treat chest tightness with coptis chinensis,banxia,liquorice.Treat chest pain with angelica,qianhu,pueraria,Ligusticum wallichii.Treat fluster with astragalus,suanzaoren,zhimu.Treat shortness of breath with astragalus,pueraria.Treat palpitation with suanzaoren.Conclusion: Zhou Ciqing thought that “qi deficiency and blood stasis” is the basic pathogenesis of chest blocking and heartache.His common therapeutic principle were: regulating qi activity,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,tonifying qi and yin,tonifying qi and yang,resolving phlegm and eliminating turbidity,warm channel and expelling cold,among which he most valued was benefiting qi for activating blood circulation.He often using the medicine of Invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation,especially good at using wind drugs,aols on the basis of addition and subtraction for the ancients,advocate the combination of TCM and Western Medicine.Data mining is an effective way to summarize and inherit the experience of the famous old TCM doctor.It has very important significance to the inheritance and development of TCM academic experience innovation. |
