Based On Data Mining To Explore The Clinical Medication Rule Of Dr.Sun Yuan In The Treatment Of Thoracic Obstruction And Heartache

Objective: Through the use of data mining technology,analyze the outpatient cases of thoracic obstruction and heartache treated by my mentor of Dr.Sun Yuan,in order to discover the common drugs and commonly used medicine groups for clinical treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache by mentor,explore its medication rules and treatment characteristics,and summarize its clinical evidence experience.Method: Selecting patient cases from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 with thoracic obstruction and heartache treated by my mentor in the outpatient department of Cardiology of Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and collected 150 cases.Use Excel to record the patient outpatient number,name,and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and then establish a database.Through descriptive analysis,the frequency and frequency of attributes taste,meridian tropism,and efficacy of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine were obtained.SPSS 21.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used to carry out systematic cluster analysis and Association rule analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the core traditional Chinese medicine and common medicine group of my mentor in clinical treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache.Result: A total of 150 cases were collected in this study,involving 171 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,26 flavors,such as radix salviae miltiorrhizae,rhizoma chuanxiong,semen ziziphi spinosae,fructus trichosanthis,bulbus allii macrostemonis,radix angelicae sinensis,rhizoma pinelliae,were used for 40 times or more,accounting for 55.49% of the total cumulative frequency.There are 10 categories of drugs,among which the bloodactivating and stasis-resolving medicinal are used the most,followed by relieving exterior syndrome medicines and tonify deficiency medicines;the four natures of drugs are mainly warm medicines,and the five flavors of drugs are mostly spicy,sweet and bitter,and the main channels of the drugs were lung,heart,liver,spleen and stomach.By using SPSS 21.0 to cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 8 drug pairs such as herba asari-radix angelicae dahuricae,fructus trichosanthis-bulbus allii macrostemonis,and radix paeoniae rubra-flos carthami were obtained,and 4 groups of cluster traditional Chinese medicine group were obtained.By using SPSS Modeler 18.0 to analyze the association rules between traditional Chinese medicine,the compatibility of the two flavors is obtained: bulbus allii macrostemonis => fructus trichosanthis,herba asari => radix angelicae dahuricae,fructus amomi => radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix paeoniae rubra => rhizoma chuanxiong,radix polygalae => semen ziziphi spinosae,flos carthami => rhizoma chuanxiong,flos carthami => radix paeoniae rubra,7 pairs in total;three flavor medicines are compatible: radix salviae miltiorrhizae + herba asari => radix angelicae dahuricae,bulbus allii macrostemonis + semen platyclade => fructus trichosanthis,rhizoma chuanxiong + herba asari => radix angelicae dahuricae,fructusamomi + herba asari => radix angelicae dahuricae,bulbus allii macrostemonis + radix astragali => fructus trichosanthis,a total of 21 groups;four flavors of medicine compatibility: radix salviae miltiorrhizae + herba asari + bulbus allii macrostemonis => radix angelicae dahuricae,radix salviae miltiorrhizae + fructus trichosanthis + herba asari => bulbus allii macrostemonis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae + fructus trichosanthis + herba asari => radix angelicae dahuricae,a total of 13 groups.Conclusion: 1.According to the statistics of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,the core prescription of the tutor in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache is made up of the addition and reduction of classic prescriptions such as Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Tang,Chaihu Shu Gan San and Danshen Yin;2.Tutor's treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache is mainly based on blood activating and stasis removing traditional Chinese medicine,supplemented by tranquilizing traditional Chinese medicine tonifying traditional Chinese medicine,etc;3.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine used by tutors in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and heartache are mainly warm,slightly cold and flat,and the medicine taste is mainly pungent,bitter and sweet,and the meridian tropism is mainly lung channel,heart channel,liver channel,spleen channel and stomach channel;4.The most commonly used single traditional Chinese medicine for tutor to treat thoracic obstruction and heartache is radix salviae miltiorrhizae,the most commonly used second traditional Chinese medicine is fructus trichosanthis-bulbus allii macrostemonis,herba asari-radix angelicae dahuricae,and the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine is the combination of bulbus allii macrostemonis,fructus trichosanthis,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix angelicae dahuricae,herba asari and other drugs;5.Tutor to treat thoracic obstruction and heartache features: tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,giving consideration to both the specimen;5.Phlegm and blood stasis treatment,promoting blood circulation and dispersing the knot;strengthening the spleen and protecting the heart,soothing the liver and nourishing the mind.
