Research On The Medication Rules Of Professor Pang Min's Use Of Decoction To Treat Chest Pain And Heartache Based On Data Mining

Purpose:this study used the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)"system for professor Pang Min clinical treating obstruction Xin Tong Bing original data mining analysis,the formulas of the study summarized tutor professor Pang Min treating obstruction heartburn drugs combination rule,in order to further research and summarize professor Pang Min treating obstruction Xin Tong Bing academic experience to provide data support.Material and method:Collected from January 2012 to December 2020,the second affiliated hospital of liaoning medical university,director of the national physician hall Pang Min physician clinics number2 or more times,and give priority to with liquid form treatment of obstruction of Xin Tong Bing the patient’s medical records,enter the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)"system,using the methods of data mining of the platform,To analyze the drug rule of Professor Pang Min’s prescription for treating chest arthralgia and pain.Results:1.Among the 88 patients with chest pain and heartache,patients aged 54 had the highest frequency of 6 times,followed by patients aged 48 with 5 times.Other common patients aged55,71,64,62 and 67 had 4 times each.2.In the 88 medical cases in this study,there were a total of 83 four diagnostic elements,among which two frequently occurring elements were chest tightness and shortness of breath,both of which occurred more than 30%.Other frequently occurring elements included heavy and thin pulse,chest pain,thin yellow coating,dark purple tongue,fat tongue,palpitation,fatigue,and insomnia.3.Statistical analysis results of drug frequency: A total of 88 cases were included in this study,including 153 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total cumulative frequency of1660 times.After statistical analysis,there were 27 kinds of drugs with a frequency of ≥19times,accounting for 70.48% of the total frequency.Among them,the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were: Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Bupleurum bupleuri,Radix peony,Platycodon grandiflorum,Safflower,Peach kernel,Radix oxyranthes,Radix rehmanniae and Fructus Aurantii in descending order of frequency.4.Classifying the drugs with frequency ≥19 times in the treatment of this disease,which are mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis: Ligusticum chuanxiong,Salvia miltiorrhiza,safflower,Radix Achyranthae,peach kernel and Yujin;Medicines to replenish deficiency: Angelica sinensis,Codonopsis sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Glycyrrhizae;Heat-clearing medicine: red peony,coptis,rehmannia glutinosa;Phlegm relieving cough antiasthmatic medicine: Pinellia ternata,Trichosanthis,Platycodon grandiflorum;Qi regulating medicine: tangerine peel,aurantii,aurantii;Table-relieving medicine: Bupleurum,cassia twig;Watering and moistening drugs:Poria cocos;Liver and wind-extinguishing medicine: scorpion;Tranquilizer: keel,oysters;Received astringent medicine: Schisandra fruit.5.Statistical analysis of the four qi frequency of drugs: among the drugs for the treatment of this disease,sex warm and sex cold drugs accounted for a large proportion,with the frequency of use being 589 times and 496 times respectively,and the frequency of use being38.19% and 32.16% respectively,followed by sex flat,sex cool and sex heat drugs.Statistical analysis of frequency of five flavors of drugs: bitter and acerbity accounted for a large proportion of drugs for the treatment of this disease,the frequency of use was 797 and 747,and the frequency of use was 31.54% and 29.56%,respectively.The remaining drug flavors decreased by frequency to sweet,sour,salty and astringent.6.Statistical analysis of the frequency of drug channelling: among the drugs selected for the treatment of this disease,the frequency of liver channel was the highest,872 times,22.12%,followed by heart channel 639 times,16.21%,spleen channel 539 times,13.68%;Lung meridian 487 times,frequency 12.36%;Gastric meridians were 398 times,with a frequency of 10.1%.The above were the top five drug meridians.7.Analysis of prescription law based on association rules In this study,the number of support was set as 60(68%)and the confidence was set as 0.9,among which the top 10 drug pairs were: Rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae rubra,radix angelicae sinensis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,safflower,semen persicae and radix paeoniae rubra,radix bupleuri,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica,radix bupleuri,angelica,radix platycodi.On this basis,among the drug combinations with confidence ≥0.98,the top three combinations were red peony paeonia-> chuanxiong,red peony paeonia-> chuanxiong,peach kernes-> red flower.8.Based on the formula law of entropy clustering analysis based on the core of the complex system entropy clustering combination extraction,on the basis of using the hierarchical clustering algorithm to unsupervised entropy,set up the relevant 8,punishment degree for 2,got eight new prescription,respectively for 1 "bamboo shavings,spin after bamboo,platycladi seed,magnet".Conclusion:1.The four diagnostic elements of chest pain are chest tightness,shortness of breath,heavy and thin pulse,chest pain and thin yellow moss.2.Among the drugs used by Professor Pang Min for the treatment of chest pain and heartache,Angelica is the most frequently used.Ligusticum chuanxiong,Bupleurum bupleurum,red peony root,platycodon grandiflorum,safflower,peach kernel,ox knee,raw rehmannia glutinosa and Aurantii are also commonly used drugs.3.The drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the main drugs for Professor Pang Min’s treatment of chest pain and heartache.4.Warm and cold drugs,bitter and acrid drugs,liver,heart,spleen,lung and stomach meridian are the main taste meridian of Professor Pang
