Based On Data Mining Technology To Explore The Treatment Ideas And Medication Rules Of Professor Zhou Yuzhu In Treating Acne-related Breast Abscess

Objective:Based on data mining analysis technology,the medical records of Professor Zhou for clinical treatment of acne mastitis were collected,and the contents of the medical records were summarized,collected,imported and extracted for mining.This paper analyzes the treatment information of Professor Zhou in treating acne mastitis patients,the efficacy of drugs in the prescription,the frequency of occurrence of four qi,five flavors,meridian tropism,and the relationship between various elements,and discusses the clinical thinking and medication rules of Professor Zhouin treating acne mastitis.Methods: The clinical medical records of acne mastitis diagnosed and treated by Professor Zhou Yuzhu of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Standardize the diagnosis and treatment information of all patients in the medical records,establish a database,use the famous old Chinese medicine medical record collection and processing system provided by the information department of our hospital,input the diagnosis and treatment information of all patients into the "medical record collection system" and import it into the "data processing system" for analysis.The frequency analysis method was used to summarize the patient's medical information and the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine usage.And use the association analysis method to explore the association rules between traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in all medical cases.Cluster analysis was used to dig out the core drug combinations of Professor Zhou for the treatment of this disease.Through the analysis of complex network,the network relationship diagram and core prescriptions between the syndrome types of the disease and traditional Chinese medicines are obtained.Results: 90 cases of acne mastitis were included in this study with 385 visits.The patients were mainly young and middle-aged married women.Most of them are affected by seasonal summer,emotional induction and partial preference for fat and sweet.According to statistics of all visits,58 symptoms and signs appeared,with a total frequency of 3021,including breast lump,breast tenderness,soft texture,red skin color,tightness in chest and hypochondrium,and breast swelling and pain more than 200 times.The frequency of occurrence of thin yellow coating,red tongue coating,thin white coating,light red tongue coating,pulse string number and pulse string in all tongue veins is > 100 times.The study includes 6 types of syndromes,including stagnation of liver-qi and stasis,stagnation of liver-meridian and heat,stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm,stagnation of liver-qi and toxic excess of liver-qi,stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of spleen,of which the frequency of stagnation of liver-qi and stasis is the highest,with a frequency of 57.1%.There are 20 kinds of complications,mainly hyperplasia of mammary glands and chronic gastritis.The study involved 161 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,accounting for 6629 times.The top 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were Radix paeoniae rubra,Rhizoma sparganii,Radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma curcumae,Spina gleditsiae,Rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong,Fructus crataegi,Radix linderae,Bombyx batryticatus,Radix clematidis,Mustard,Semen coicis,Herba hedyotidis diffusae,Radix Bupleuri,Herba lobeliae chinensis,Herba scutellariae barbatae,Scorpion,Fructus forsythiae,Patrinia herba,Corydalis tuber.And these traditional Chinese medicines are used more than 120 times.According to the statistics of the efficacy,four qi,five flavors and meridian tropism of all drugs,a total of 16 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are obtained,and the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and antipyretic drugs are frequently used,with the frequency being more than 1000 times.Judging from the nature and taste of drugs,there are more warm and cold drugs and more bitter and sweet drugs.From the meridian tropism,there are many drugs entering the liver,spleen,lung and stomach meridians.The association analysis method was used to mine the association rules between high-frequency drugs and drugs,totaling 32 rules.Through cluster analysis,the core drug combinations of Professor Zhou for treating the disease were summarized,and there were 4 drug groups.The complex network analysis method was used to dig out the network display diagrams of syndrome types and drugs,complications and drugs as well as core prescriptions,and the core prescriptions were obtained to be composed of 17 traditional Chinese medicines,namely Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix paeoniae rubra,Spina gleditsiae,Mustard,Hawthorn,Hedyotis diffusa,Lobelia chinensis,Scutellaria barbata,Patrinia herb,Sparganium stoloniferum,Curcuma zedoary,Clematis chinensis,Coix seed,Radix linderae,Stiff silkworm and Scorpion.Conclusion: 1.Professor Zhou Yuzhu believes that "blood stasis,qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation" are the main pathogenesis points of acne mastitis.2.Inject the idea of "removing blood stasis throughout the whole process,resolving depression and combining diseases,removing phlegm with its syndrome" into the treatment process of acne-related breast carbuncle.At the same time,treat according to the syndrome,apply both inside and outside,regulate the acquired,support healthy qi,advocate early diagnosis,treat in time,and regulate the body.3.According to the general situation of the cases included in the study,it is concluded that the disease has certain correlation with the factors such as marriage and childbearing,emotion,diet and so on,which provides ideas for clinical multi-dimensional study of the disease.4.Combining the usage of all drugs,the association rules between drugs and drugs,the complex network diagram of syndrome types and drugs,drugs and drugs,explore the change rules of Professor Zhou 's drugs with syndrome.According to complex network analysis,the core prescription of professor Zhou for treating the disease is condensed,and the specific drug composition is as follows: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix paeoniae rubra,Spina gleditsiae,Mustard,Hawthorn,Hedyotis diffusa,Lobelia chinensis,Scutellaria barbata,Patrinia herb,Sparganium
