The Modern Clinical Application Research Of Tianzhu

Objective:By organizing the relevant data of clinical application in the ancient and modern literature ahout Tianzhu,sum up and analysis the treatment methods,the attending disease,common compatibility and the modern clinical application,in order to provide reliable reference for clinical treatment of TianzhuMethods:Make full use of modern computer technology,and consult relevant literature of Tianzhu in the form of computer retrieval combined with manual retrieval.The part of modern literature is aid of the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)to search by the keyword“Tianzhu”or “Tianzhu point ”,then Statistical analysis the effective literature to explore the rule of Tianzhu about attending and treatment methods.Results: Through the statistical analysis we can know that Tianzhu mainly treat motor system disease,nervous system disease,respiratory system disease,urinary system disease,endocrine system disease,circulatory system disease,digestive system disease and 5sense-organs diseases.The treatment of Tianzhu include 18 kinds,the frequent are acupuncture,massage,acupoint injection.There are 217 compatible acupoints of Tianzhu,the frequent are Fengchi,Jingjiaji,Baihui,Wangu,Dazhui.Conclusion:1.Tianzhu has a significant advantage in the treatment of motor system disease and neural system disease;2.At present the main stimulation mode of Tianzhu is acupuncture;3.The main compatibility of Tianzhu in the clinical application is Fengchi of gall-bladder meridian.The conclusion of the Tianzhu's attending disease,common compatibility and treatment in this study,consisted with the theory about Tianzhu in the ancient literature basically,can provide reference for clinical application.
