Objective:Chronic Pharyngitis is chronic inflammation of pharyngeal mucosa, below the mucous membrane and lymphatic tissue. This topic through the syndrome differentiation and treatment, Using therapy of eliminating phlegm by cooling, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, removing stasis eliminating stagnation. The target is to evaluate the clinical efficiency of Tianzhu fogging。It is provide new treatment for clinical, new formulus.Methods:Collection100eligible case from Shenzhen Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicion. Random points in the treatment group and control group. The50cases in each group. The treatment group receive Tianzhu fogging agent ultrasonic atomization, the control group, Gentamicin and Dexamethasone mixed liquor ultrasonic atomization, recording the change of symptom and sign form each group cases.Results:(1)In the two groups for the treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis have effect.the treatment group, the total efficiency:79.59%, healed the9cases,13cases were markedly improved and17cases were effective. In the control group, the total efficiency:56.25%,5cases cured,9cases were markedly improved, effective in13. After statistics processing,two groups of curative effect was statistically difference. Treatment in the process of two groups had no adverse events.(2)The signs of the two roups after treatment than before treatment were obviously improved. But for the two way to compare, treatment group than the control group on the improvement of the signs and symptoms of chronic pharyngitis curative effect was remarkable.(3)Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has nothing to do with the course of the disease in patients with chronic pharyngitis.
