The Clinical Study On Treating Wind-Heat Type Of Liver Meridian In Anterior Uveitis With Newly-Made Chailian Tang Combined Western Medicine

Objective Pro vine meningitis is a common cause of acute disease in ophthalmology and is also one of the leading cause of blindness.According to the understanding of anterior uveitis etiology and pathogenesis,clinically common wind-heat type of liver meridian in anterior uveitis,treatment should be scattered,with a breeze qinggan spilled hot is given priority to,choose classic system of Newly-made Chailian Tang with add and subtract symptomatic treatment.This topic through the 60 cases of wind-heat type of liver meridian in anterior uveitis patients clinical observation research,validation of Newly-made Chailian Tang of clinical curative effect,discusses the curative effect of Newly-made Chailian Tang mechanism and reduce the recurrence.Methods After establishing the standard of clinical study,60 patients who were selected in the previlitis were randomly divided into 30 patients and 30 control groups in the treatment group.The control group gave the whole body hormone joint partial eye treatment,and the treatment group gave the Newly-made Chailian Tang and the combination of the addition and the whole body hormone combined partial eye treatment.The main symptoms and signs of posttreatment,laboratory examination results,curing days and recurrence rate were observed and compared.Results By observing the patients before and after treatment the main symptoms and signs,results of immune and cure days,recurrence,change the situation,found that whether the Newly-made Chailian Tang combination therapy or pure western medicine treatment can improve the patient's symptoms of TCM and clinical symptoms,reduce the patient's level of CRP,ESR,shorten the course of the disease and reduce the recurrence rate.And the combination of Chinese and western medicine is more obvious in improving the patients' main symptoms and signs,reducing the level of the inflammatory medium,shortening the duration of the disease and reducing the recurrence rate.At the same time,by observing the patients after two treatment methods of the change of immunoglobulin and complement levels,although individual index does not change significantly after treatment,or treatment group and control group after treatment there was no significant difference,but overall,the Newly-made Chailian Tang of the medicine comprehensive treatment methods greatly reduce the patient's level of immunoglobulin and complement,and reduce the treatment efficiency was better than control group.Conclusion First,newly-made chailian Tang in the add and subtract combined western medicine therapy of wind-heat type of liver meridian in anterior uveitis is clear,the patient's clinical symptoms,signs,and the examination indexes were obviously improved.Second,newly-made chailian Tang combined western medicine therapy can obviously reduce t wind-heat type of liver meridian in anterior uveitis patients' ESR,CRP,immunoglobulin and complement levels,suggests newly-made chailian Tang has better anti-inflammatory and immune function of improving.Thirdly,newly-made chailian Tang combined western medicine is superior to the treatment of the wind-heat type of liver meridian in anterior uveitis.Fourthly,the new treatment of the combination of the newly-made chailian Tang and the western medicine is superior to the treatment of the simple western medicine in the reduction of the recurrence rate of the hepatotitis before the hepatotype.It is worth widely used in clinical treatment.
