A Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria(Wind-heat Type) By Self-made Small Xiaofeng Powder Combined With Self-blood Therapy

Objective:Based on chronic urticaria(wind-heat type)with self-made small Xiaofeng powder combined with self-blood therapy or Jingfang powder combined with self-blood therapy,two were compared before and after treatment in patients with clinical efficacy,then find the more effect treating methods and provide certain reference the relativity between the severity of symptoms in patients with this syndrome type's chronic urticaria and measurement of plasma D-dimer.Method: This subject consulted the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for The Diagnosis and Treatment of Urticaria(2014 Edition)drafted by the Chinese Society of Dermatology and urticaria in TCM Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Standard published by Chinese Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1994 and picked 86 chronic urticaria patients with wind-heat type instrictly according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.We used a simple random number table method to meet the standard of 86 cases of wind-heat type of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,which is treatment group treated with self-made small Xiaofeng powder combined with self-blood therapy,and the other is control group treated with Jingfang powder combined with self-blood therapy.42 cases was in the treatment group and 44 cases was in the control group.We prescribed a total of 6 weeks of treatment,before treatment,3 weeks after treatment,6weeks after treatment,withdrawal after 1 month according to clinical observation table to assess scores,respectively.The two groups of patients were treated with Ddimer before and after the treatment of fasting plasma.Then we analysed the integral decline index,adverse reaction,recurrence rate and so on the before and after treatment according to the statistical.Result:(1)The main symptoms and signs of the itching,the diameter of the wind group,the number of the wind group,the number of attacks,the duration of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The scores of each index were p<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups in the wind-heat type of chronic urticaria in the itching,the diameter of the wind group,the number of wind groups,the number of attacks,duration,etc.have significantly improved.(2)The efficacy of the points were compared between groups after the treatment of 3 weeks and 6 weeks.The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),indicating that the two groups in improving the wind-heat type of chronic urticaria itching,wind group diameter,the number of wind groups,the number of attacks,duration and other aspects of the effect was quite.(3)Comprehensive efficacy were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment.The cure rate was 27.50%,the significant efficiency was 15.00%,the effective rate was 25.00%,the inefficiency rate was32.50% and the total effective rate was 67.50% in the therapy group.The cure rate was 27.90% in the control group,the significant efficiency was 11.63%,the effective rate was 25.58%,the inefficiency rate was 34.88% and the total effective rate was65.11%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar effect in the comprehensive efficacy.(4)The rate of recurrence of the two groups was compared,resulting that the recurrence rate was 27.27% in the treatment group,while 50.00% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group in the control of recurrence rate differences.(5)The relationship between the levels of plasma D-dimer and the total score of symptoms and signs in the two groups before treatment was analyzed.It was found that there was a linear correlation between the level of plasma D-dimer and the total score of symptoms and signs.(6)The positive rate of plasma D-dimer was compared before and after treatment in both groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group in making plasma D-dimer who was tested as positive turning negative are different.Conclusion:(1)Self-made small Xiaofeng powder or Jingfang powder combined with Self-blood therapy can significantly improve the wind-heat type of chronic urticaria in patients with clinical symptoms and signs.(2)Self-made small Xiaofeng powder in the comprehensive efficacy and symptoms and signs had no difference between Jing Fang.(3)Plasma D-dimer level was higher,chronic urticaria patients in a more severe condition,while self-made small Xiaofeng powder than Jingfang powder could be more effective in the plasma D-dimer level returning to normal.(4)Self-made small Xiaofeng powder could be more effective control of chronic urticaria recurrence rate than Jingfang powder,long-term effect was better,and no adverse reactions occured.It could be seen that the prescription was safe and effective and it was worthy of clinical promotion,but need to do further clinical large sample study.
