Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effects Of Chailian Yin For Gastroesophagealreflux Disease With Syndrome Of Heat Stagnation In Liver And Stomach

Objective: Observation of combination therapy of Western medicine wood evendrink gastric esophageal reflux disease,The clinical curative effect of TCM syndromedifferentiation of liver stomach heat type,Discussion from two aspects of theory andclinical research the mechanism of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease stagnant heatof liver and stomach type.Method: Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese MedicineDepartment of digestive endoscopy and in-patient,70patients met the inclusion criteria of patientswith gastroesophageal reflux disease stagnant heat of liver and stomach type. Were randomly dividedinto two groups.They come form November2011to October2012.The treatment group (35cases),control group (35cases).The treatment group was given Chai even drink medicine,the control groupwas given to Bella by sodium enteric-coated capsules, Mo sulpiride tablets in the treatment of citricacid for3months.Observation of clinical symptoms, signs and other changes in the two groups beforeand after treatment and cure the patients after3months follow-up by telephone.To observe theefficacy and recurrence of cured patients.Results: Two groups of medication on GERD have a certain effect, curative effect isbetter in the treatment group,the total effective rate of treatment group was81.82%,higher than that of the control group67.65%.TCM clinical symptom score comparisonshowed that: two groups of drugs for the treatment of GERD have a certain effect, thetreatment group than the control group, there were significant differences (P＜0.05).Effect of pain, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, poor stool and other symptoms thetreatment group was better than the control group,there are very significant differences(P＜0.01).Long-term efficacy and anti-relapse efficacy of treatment group was better than the controlgroup,there are significant differences.Conclusion: Chai Lianyin combined with western medicine treatment of gastric esophageal reflux disease (GERD) stagnated heat in liver and stomach syndromeThere issignificant effect than single western medicine treatment.Their can greatly improve theclinical symptoms and the long-term and anti-relapse efficacy better. One of the main effectivemethods of clinical treatment with Gastroesophageal reflux disease stagnated heat in liver andstomach syndrome.
